1 /5 Jeremiah Winchester: the manager at the Bellingham store refused to exchange brand new jeans, never worn, with all tags still intact stating that "some of these we no longer carry" and refused to exchange any of the jeans even those they still have on the shelf. he was rude and dismissive and i felt very disrespected. the policy states that if the clothing is clean and in sellable condition it can be exchanged, even if you have lost the receipt or it was a gift but the manager at the Bellingham store refuses to follow this policy and has created a policy of no exchanges for the correct size. All i wanted was to trade them for jeans that fit and they were all brand new with tags attached. buyer beware! rude staff and does not follow company policy... DONT SHOP THERE unless you are good with no guarantee and no exchanges...
