1 /5 Jeremiah Winchester: the manager at the Bellingham store refused to exchange brand new jeans, never worn, with all tags still intact stating that "some of these we no longer carry" and refused to exchange any of the jeans even those they still have on the shelf. he was rude and dismissive and i felt very disrespected. the policy states that if the clothing is clean and in sellable condition it can be exchanged, even if you have lost the receipt or it was a gift but the manager at the Bellingham store refuses to follow this policy and has created a policy of no exchanges for the correct size. All i wanted was to trade them for jeans that fit and they were all brand new with tags attached. buyer beware! rude staff and does not follow company policy... DONT SHOP THERE unless you are good with no guarantee and no exchanges...

5 /5 Yogi Kai: I have been extremely impressed with this store and those employees Ive interacted with. They first won my appreciation when, having never bought a $16 pair of socks before, the manager at the time GAVE me a pair to try. That was likely one of the wisest $16 they ever used to advertise as Ive spent hundreds in the store since. Once, the soles of a pair of boots I had bought there disintegrated after 13 months and the manager told me to go pick out another pair and said, "Were good." This awesome policy could change anytime, but thus far, I say THIS is the wisest way to run a business! Highly recommend this store!!

I called when the store opened to ask about Keene Pittsburgh boots, and while they didn’t have them, Josh recommended the Evanston instead and kindly put a pair on hold for me. When I arrived, he helped every step of the way with personalized sizing and fit recommendations, a clear explanation of Superfeet insoles that paired well with the boots, and boot sock suggestions to match. His thoughtful, informed recommendations helped me find the perfect work boot and accessories for the best possible experience. Between Josh’s outstanding service and Whistle Workwear’s commitment to supporting local companies(Superfeet), I’ll be shopping here exclusively and recommending it to friends and coworkers. 1 /5 Brian McCurdy: Return policy is awful. Have been buying the same boots for years. Bought a pair that was made wrong and hurt my feet and they wouldnt do anything about it to help me. Wont shop there again.
