5 /5 Chuck Thale: Great products, great staff! I cannot afford to pay maximum retail price for durable goods. Willys provides a product at reasonable costs with a huge selection. I stopped at Federal Way store but the item I was looking for had sold out. The staff called the Kent store, verified the item I was looking for was there, reserved it and I got my pants. The team at Willys present a happy face with knowledge of products, and viable alternatives. I truly appreciate the owners and the teams they put together to provide quality at reasonable prices to those of us on limited finances. Last word... the products they sell last a very long time in rough, course work environments. I have been shopping at Willys for 7 years and will continue for many more, my dollar is hard earned but I have no issue spending at Willys Workwear.

2 /5 Thomas Carpino: Went to return a pair of boots i bought last week and was denied my return. I had my receipt, i was just not happy with the comfort of the boot i had to wear for the long haul. They said they dont do returns because of comfort..... Really disappointing! I wont be going back there for work boots again being as comfort is big on work wear
