1 /5 Jordan: Racially profiling their customers. awhile ago when i went this blonde guy with a buzz cut who was an employee harassed a group of friends i was with at the time, they were all black and we were having fun in the store looking at items and trying on sunglasses. when we were done looking around we were about to leave that same guy with the blonde buzz cut comes up to my friend at the time and asks her “show me what you’re stealing” and asks where the sunglasses she “stole” were and she walked over to a shelf she set them on after trying them on. we then walked out of the store because we were furious, that same guy follows us out of the store spouting random curse words at us and ends up calling security. The security comes and looks things over and finds absolutely nothing because we didn’t do anything wrong. He does not deserve his job!!! absolutely disgusting behavior! i saw this happen to another person in the reviews as well! (This happened 2 years ago and i haven’t returned since! terrible way to treat customers especially since ive bought from there before!)

Todays experience, however, stood out. I came in with a very specific product in mind - a board from DB Longboards out of Tacoma. Yet, Hayden, with his profound product knowledge and understanding of my requirements, introduced me to an alternative brand, Land Yacht. His suggestion reflected not just product expertise, but a genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction. The camaraderie and spirit at this location were palpable, with both Rayleigh and Hayden leading by example. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and its evident that they view themselves not merely as employees, but as integral family members of the Zumiez brand. Its rare to find individuals in the retail industry today who exude such pride and joy in their roles. 5 /5 Keegan Kearns: Awesome store, soon as you walk in youre greeted and the guys were ready to help. Jack especially was helping me out with what I was looking for. They were all super friendly and outgoing. And all seemed to get along with each other well. Real clean, laid-back shop.
