1 /5 Jeanna Cawse: My son bought a t-shirt from you store at the Vancouver Mall today 10/19/2025. He spent $36.00 on this product. He washed it to wear to school tomorrow, and the entire shirt shredded in the wash. The fabric is cheap and there was nothing else in the wash with it. It is completely ruined. He called to get a refund and was told he can get an exchange. We will be bringing it back, but I feel he should get his money back. I would hate for him to drive all the way to the mall just to get another cheap item from your store. The fabric was "literally" like tissue paper. I really hope all your products are not as cheap as this at the prices you charge

Husband and I were quietly and respectfully walking around the store with 10 minutes till close when they started closing the doors with us in there, coughing and playing closing time over the speakers. Never encountered such horrible and rude customer service that was completely uncalled for. Will not be coming back.
