Bud Rowe Thomas is one of the most competent attorneys I have come across. I have been into it of trouble in my life and had to deal with numerous attorneys and Tom is the best. He wont B S you! And he will either fight for you or get you the best deal he can. I had Tom on a federal case and ended up with the least amount of time I could have possibly got. Chet Dennis I received some of the worst service that I have had in a while. I can only speak the profound incompetency of Samantha Phelan (file clerk/admin assistant) at this firm. Managing simple emails, schedules, and follow up is something she is not good at. This is why I have given this firm a low rating. Ms. Phelan did not track my file, never sent me documents to review in advance of signing, made up excuses as to why she wouldn’t return phone calls and emails…basically she wasted my time and her bosses. Zero accountability, zero effort in finding a solution, low emotional intelligence (would become flooded and manipulative in conversation). As the client you will have to deal with her a lot. I would look for another firm that has a better trained office staff.

Doug Incredibly hard to get them to do their job. From a receptionist who leaves no one to answer the phone during business hours, to a lawyer I had to harp on to read the emails I sent him. Would not recommend.

Art Tiffin If you think of using them make sure you ask if they are already helping the one you need help with. They didnt check if they already had the people we are having a issue with was their client until 30 minutes before our conference. After already giving them information they shouldnt have got, we had to find someone else. Makes you think they did it on purpose or just foolish. Either way, would you trust them after that?
