I would like to offer a completely unbiased opinion based on factual information about the practice. It is important to note here that the moment I walked in, I could sense how busy this practice really is. That, however, did not deter them from taking on my case and finding the best match for me possible. The lawyer that I was able to work with unfortunately didn’t make much time to speak with me, however, his assistant was always in the loop and available to talk to. Because of this, I understood that he wasn’t dodging me, he was simply busy. This particular lawyer, from the moment he walked in to that court room, instilled in me nothing but confidence. Again, I wish I was a bit more in the loop of the plan, but every time he spoke, he did so very calculated and ready for the next step. The professionalism was top notch, even during some extremely frustrating moments. After my case was completed, I’ve felt nothing but positivity from this office. They really are here for the people, not just the dollar bill.

Dylan Phifer Tells me when its convenient for me to call her, I left voicemails and sometimes did not get a call back until the day before court as a "reminder" with no response to the voicemail(s) that were left. Avoids educated questions and definitely favors the local court system over her clients. Says negative things under her breath as she walks away from a face-to-face conversation like as if no one has ears, got involved with people and topics that had nothing to do with the case at hand with a boastful, immature attitude, and was clearly incorrect. This Lawyer was an apprentice in the same local area that she is serving in and did not go to law school. DO NOT use this lawyer.

Alexander Myers This lawyer is complete garbage. He is greedy and only cares about getting paid. If I was able to give a no star rating I would. We made an agreement to pay a down payment then make payments as the time went on. Then one day before pre trial he starts wanting all the money up front. Do not waste your time.
