Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. The end result is I have the wedding band of my dreams that means so much to me. Lucky, grateful and proud to have it crafted by Mike and the Teneff team.

Veronika Grebenshikov Its Fred Meyer jewelers, not expecting anything extravagant however staff wise, none of the staff has any business working at a jewelry place especially, Missy. Could not even make a basic measurement for my husbands resizing of his band. Something as easy a size down for $88 was sized 1 whole size to small and then they wanted to charge me $250 to bring it back up to the correct size. I was told "Tracy" is the manager but multiple failed requests and attempts to speak with management came back ignored.

Jasmine Johnson Super disappointed in the quality of their lip ring jewelry. I bought this ring a week ago and the color immediately tarnished away in a few days and the bracket does not stay intact and its constantly coming undone. This is a brand new lip ring compared to a year-old lip ring. Over priced for the quality.

Rachel Tiffany Diamonds and Pounders is a girls best friend! The staff here has always been so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well. rose tintedglasses I have been here many times, and usually have a good experience. This last two times I was looking for a ring, and I could not make up my mind. Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. She listened to what I was looking for and was looking all over the display case to find me one I would like. Overall, great experience and I will be back!

Samantha Blackmon The staff at Johnson’s was wonderful from start to finish. I came in with a class ring from my mother in law that we wanted to customize for our daughter (emerald is her birthstone). The original ring had the emerald and we added a baguette diamond. It is striking and one of a kind.

Ashley Ritch Have made a couple purchases here in the last year with Havi! My husband bought me a gorgeous necklace this year for my birthday and I also did a custom bracelet with her that was an upcycling project I wanted. It turned out so pretty and both pieces are heirlooms in my collection.

Kyle Cummings Came in looking for switch joysticks for my friends birthday, and I saw on their website that the joysticks were $34.99, but when I entered the store they were labeled as $54.99. Aaron noticed a price tag error on another set and decided to help me out and price the controllers at the online inventory price. He was very polite and immediately acknowledged the error on the price tag. Best service Ive had yet in this store!

David Istrate I truly wanted to give a 5 star review and if it wasnt for how helpful and knowledgeable Thomas was, I would have given this a one star rating. I ordered a custom engagement ring and specified 18k gold, the final design sheet said 18k gold. Through no fault of Thomas, he was out of town when I picked up the ring and I was charged for 18k gold ring. After my engagement, I looked at the band and noticed that it says 14k and notified Thomas. He wanted to verify what the karat was so we put it in their tester and it showed the ~58% gold so 14k. After Thomas discussed with management, they offered to refund the difference in price between the 14k and 18k gold price as well as the friends and family discount that was not added to the transaction when Thomas was out of town. Thomas was great to work with and the only times where customer service was lacking was when it was super busy but I understand that its normal. The quality control is my main issue, how a ring can be billed as 18k. (I was shown in the computer that it was ordered 18k) And get cast and stamped as 14k with no one noticing is a major problem. Its too late for me at this point as I am not going to remake a ring after proposal but I felt like there was no effort from management to go above and beyond to make it right. Just to assume the cost of the gold was my issue. I will definitely take that into consideration before any future business here. Again, I never write bad reviews, but I felt the need to here.
