Lyle Harry I,ve made several appointments to sell some coins over the last few weeks and have only god things to say about the staff at the Tacoma location. They are punctual and greet and treat me with respect. They are very courteous and take the time to explain each transaction. I have enjoyed dealing with them and I know I am receiving a fair price for my coins.

P L Easily one of the we best in the biz. I went to 4 or 5 other jewelers and watchmakers who couldnt handle the job or quoted me ridiculous rates and turnaround times. Eric took care of it in literally 10 minutes, did a perfect job, and was incredibly generous with the costs. Please come here before others, probably save some time and money.

Sally M. Have never been able to go here, since for me its only worth it for buying loose crystals. I was disappointed to find out that Swarovski no longer seems to sell loose crystals and pearls. For me, it was a way of creating more affordable jewelry with Swarovskis crystal gem substitutes (simulants?). If Im correct, I hope they change their marketing approach. I had thought they were already successful enough selling loose gem simulants and beads? Addition: I was used to buying loose Swarovski crystals and pearls. Now it seems they only sell jewelry made with their products. Its possible that they only sell wholesale products to established businesses?

Maggie A. My husband recently went to Fred Meyer Jewelers to have my watch battery replaced. He reported to me that they were questioning him where he got the watch from (because it’s an expensive Michele Watch) and he responded that he bought it for my birthday a few years ago from Costco!!!! They continued to ask him strange questions aside from suddenly a person “shadowing” him in the store while he was waiting. Mind you, he purchased a few jewelry pieces there before, years ago. Although I understand that they must be careful due to theft, but I am disappointed in the way they handled his visit. Good job on the battery replacement but not customer service. Trust me, we will not be back for jewelry or battery replacement!

Gabriel Tam Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Michelle is the best. She knows everything my wife and I like. She helps with gifts we give each other. The quality of diamonds are unmatched. We appreciate her dearly.

Jman Absolute perfection in experience! This was the best service and experience in a retail space Ive had in recent memory! Also the wide variety of things in the store and the knowledge they have around the history of the various items they have is paramount to non! Visiting here at LEAST once a month for trinkets They have Axes, Knives, Gems, Jewelery, Clothes, books, statues, drinking horns, and basically everything you need to honor your heritage or look great at a ren faire

Jesse Logan I don’t need to say much. However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! It’s not about a revolving door it’s about relationships and I have a great one with them that I hope will continue to grow!! Much love!

Mari G Lapis is one of my favorite stores to purchase jewelry in Tacoma. They carry designer Jamie Joseph rings, which I love and always get so many compliments on! favorites. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making shopping a pleasure!

Nicole Kalista Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.

Richne Vargas We recently took our 4-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Anastasia was the one who did the piercings, and she was absolutely fantastic—so patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the placement and walked us through everything step by step. Thanks to her, it all went smoothly and we left feeling really confident and happy. Now I’m seriously considering going back to get my own ears pierce.

Lyubov Misra It was a perfect place to get my husbands Christmas gift engraved. It was affordable and it only took a day. I appreciated the convenience and speed. Really great engraving work. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something unique for their loved ones :)!!!
