cynthia behr They care more about the person that hired them then other family members. It has been 6 months since my father in law passed and due to their ignorance my husband has had to travel to their office several times. Someone actually used white out on a form and instructed my spouse to try to slip one past motor vehicle department because of them filling out the form wrong. Their lack of compassion and Active Listening is disgusting. The assistant actually said atleast you have the bike...yeah with a messed up title. Wow. Really impressive behavior for a law office.

All about The truth Extremely unhappy with this public defender and the services I was given. Did not feel cared about at all. Very disappointed and wish I could have been given someone who actually cared about me and my situation rather than someone who just viewed me as another criminal even though this was my first ever offense. So much for being allowed to defend yourself on your own property. WA laws have gone to crap. All it takes is a situation like I am going through to make someone completely give up on their life. This has screwed me and if I could have gotten a better public defender, it could have gone so differently. I wasn’t advocated for but rather was advocated against and public defenders are supposed to have your back, not the prosecuting attorneys back.

john smith Joshua was my public defender for four cases in Colville, this was a pack of frivolous lawsuits but while I was away for work they went to warrant status and there I was, a wanted man. Joshua went far above and beyond what was expected, and with his help the warrants were quashed and the charges dropped. Ashley Gibbs They seem to know what they are doing, however, the work load may be too much for each lawyer. Ive been working with them for about 9 months on getting my parenting plan modified. It took about 5 months just to get my ex served, and Im still waiting on getting the modification sent to me to review and be filed. Its very hard to get ahold of anyone and they rarely call back even when you are added to the "call back list" For the amount of money Im spending I expect to see more progress, but progress is slow and unknown to myself.
