Ricky Ellsworth david quesnel failed to give my 15 year old son a( first degree assault victim )due process! He is corrupt! My son was almost killed on August 24 2017 the sheriff failed to call an ambulance and David quesnel failed to uphold Washington State law; David quesnel is not following his own office policy! I hope no other kids get assaulted in that town because the elected officials will not protect them! My sons attacker committed a felony and David quesnel is failing to uphold Washington state law!

Kevin Ott Wow! Am I nuts, or what? The prosecutors office is super friendly, service minded, and realistic. I had a small matter before the court. I met with the prosecutor prior to the hearing to plead my case. The learned counselor listened to my position and understood the mitigating circumstances. Subsequently, the prosecutor moved for dismissal. Dismissal was granted and the case was dropped in Klickitat County. I dont know about you, but that has never happened to me personally. Got to give a shout out to the entire court staff. Thank you for keeping us safe and for weighting the scale of justice with mercy and compassion.

Jessica Powell She took my case over 2 and a half years ago. Strung me along all this time to finally tell me she couldn’t help me, after having my family and friends write declarations this whole time. She did however return the remainder of the retainer but only after I expressed interest in filing a grievance with the bar association. I don’t know if she was scared of being reported or felt bad for a single mom trying to get her son back. My main concern was that I could never get a return phone call. EVER. Her own secretary told me she hadn’t worked on my case in a long time. The bill I received stated it had been 6 months since she worked on it last. I can’t say whether she’s a good lawyer or not because we never even got a hearing in court. I will say that she did not have time for my case, nor did she ever tell me so. I called over and over to ask for updates and never really got an answer. I’m glad I got half of my money back but I would have rather had someone who had time for me and showed an interest in helping me with my case.

starmaster191 ***WARNING*** Very hard to get in contact with. Got a citation (in late March 2022) while driving semi-truck north on U.S. 97 near Goldendale. I paid $250 for Ms. Vances services. From the start, communication was pretty low and almost non-existent. I had to call and e-mail several times to check on the status of the case. During this time, she told me that she could make a deal with the prosecutor to get it reduced to a logbook violation, which was fine by me. On the day of the trial, she called me roughly a half-hour before the trial was scheduled to begin (today, in early June 2022) and told me that she was most likely not going to be able to get me a verdict in my favor. I paid her $250 and had to wait roughly 2 and a half months for her to tell me this! and right before the trial too. when I could have just saved $250 and instead paid the $139 and only have to wait until March 2025 instead of June 2025!
