Heather C I go to The Body Shop multiple times a week and have for most of the last year or more. Its a great fitness studio outfitted with party lights, a great sound system, a tv for watching dance videos (rehearsing choreography from previous classes or zoom classes with group members from a distance). Rebecca is such an amazing human being, too. Fabiola, who teaches multiple classes there as well is a fireball full of energy and both ladies have a love of life and teaching dance and fitness. Highly recommend classes with either of these instructors.
