I had a root canal with crown procedure done by him and the whole process was quick, and painless, and calming throughout the entire thing. I.can tell Dr. Kim cares very much about his patients. He was very informative and polite, and handled me in a way that I was completely comfortable and worry free. It is easy to see he is doing his job to help people, and that he cares. Everyone there is very skilled and professional. I will recommend Sterling Dental to anyone I know who needs Dental care.

Ive had some major work done in regard to root canals and implants. Within the 7 years that I’ve been at this office they’ve only found cavities twice once 7 years ago and once a year ago. No unnecessary work. Staff is very friendly and remembers people personally. Rose I have never been compelled to write a review for a Dentist, but doctor Fredericks and her staff are simply wonderful. Ive been to some pretty awful dentists, and some that were perfectly fine and did a good job, but either way its always a nerve wracking experience. This is the first time I havent felt nervous going to the dentist. Everyone is warm, friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and do what they can to make you comfortable. Despite needing a crown, the process was almost entirely pain-free, and the least pain Ive ever experienced with a dental procedure of this nature. Communication throughout the process was fantastic, and they made sure to address any concerns I might have had. I would highly recommend doctor Fredericks, and her amazing staff to anyone! They clearly care about their patients!

Alyssa Propst Office is beautiful! Definitely does not have the usual dentist-office-vibe, and I love it. It is so calming coming into it and each station has a gorgeous photo you can lose yourself into. Staff is very friendly. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They even have blankets for you to use during your appointment. They really thought of everything :-) They are also extremely knowledgeable and went step by step with how they were doing their X-rays and showing me afterwards. I definitely will be back. I hate the dentist, but this place is a different story. The reviews are true:-)

Johan Martinez Took my mom to this dentist because it was in her insurance network, they did a horrible job and over charged us and to top it off they didnt even let us know we had credit with them, we had to go 3 times because they didnt do two fillings correctly, the dentist kept saying for almost a whole month every time we went that the pain was normal, yet in my experience i never gone two whole weeks with pain after visiting a dentist. Anyways I recommend you guys stay away from this place. If you do decide to go to this place. Just know they will over charge you, also check with your insurance because they will charged you more and will not let you know about it. If you read the reviews im not the only one complaining about this.

Splatter Cookie Negative stars! Avoid! Practice bought out, Im told I need 3 crowns and gum disease tx. 2 of crowns killed the nerves and Ive had to go get root canals. HORRIBLE PLACE

Katie W If I could give 10 stars I would. Our whole family drives from over an hour away to go to this office and it is worth the drive! We all have our regular cleanings here and when I had a dental emergencey and needed to get in right away they were very accommodating. Not only did they get me in really quick but Dr. Parkinson also got my treatment done same day! They also worked a miricle and got my crown seated before I left for a 2 week trip as well. Best of the BEST!

I appreciate Dr Steph, Dr Mo, Stef, Anna, Maddi, Debbie, Saqqara, and the staffs experienced and kind dental care. Since July 2020, Dr Mo / Dr Steph repaired / crowned my extensive (90%) teeth recision damage from my late teens dental metal-braces. They push for correct diagnosis, then take action to fix and complete. They made suggestions. I made changes. I wished the water-pick, electric tooth brush, and Clinpro 5000 toothpaste were invented earlier. I recommend Dr Steph, Dr Mo, Stef, Anna, Maddi, Debbie, Saqqara, and staff, for your dental needs.

Cleaning was gentle, doctors suggestions were good and not at all excessive. For being fairly wary/nervous at the dentist, this practice made me feel very calm and happy!

April Just had my first visit here to have my two kids teeth cleaned. They are both toddlers and not a fan of the dentist. BUT, they LOVED being here and allowed the hygienist to do a full cleaning and let the dentist check their teeth. I was beyond happy with my experience. When I arrived, it was exactly what I hoped: that she was indicative of the whole operation. Every staff member was amazing. Kellie Twitchell Awful service and experience, the dental team did not listen to my needs and the cleaning job was incredible poor, almost non existent in fact, I may as well have just brushed at home. They asked if I had any concerns about my teeth and then when I did they spent the entire time caring for that and then said they “wouldn’t have time to clean my teeth” which is literally what I came there for??? Don’t ask if I have concerns if you are going to care for them at the expense of my cleaning because I left with teeth that feel exactly the same as before, and basically just sprayed water in my mouth

I hadnt been to the dentist in a while and she restored my two front teeth that had small chips in them and three other teeth that needed restoration. She was efficient, while still playing close attention to detail, and I was comfortable the whole time. Cant say enough good things about her care!

I made the mistake of going elsewhere recently, and was given a several thousand dollar “treatment plan”, whereas for the same issues Northwest Dental applied some sealant where needed, and said that anything further wasn’t necessary. One time in the past I DID need a cavity filled, and I’m not even exaggerating when I say I don’t even know when or if they used a needle for the local anesthetic. It was the most painless thing I’ve ever experienced at a dentist! This is an honest, skilled, and incredibly friendly group of dentists and hygienists. I can’t recommend them enough.

Julie Buell My family has been with Dr. Moore and his staff for about 9 years or so. We travel about 20 miles to get there! We have always felt like family and have always had wonderful care. Ive had one root canal there which usually is so scary. No problems as the staff and Dr. Moore put me right at ease! Also, Ive had one crown and it is in great shape still. Dr. Moore has prepared me with what may be going on with damaged teeth to know what might happen. No pressure to get it taken care of as its not broken yet. He also has assured me that if it does go, he would do emergency work, if I needed it. My husband had some major care done through Dr. Moore and the problems were fixed well. Only issue was with our insurance which had nothing to do with Dr. Moore. He remembers our family and always asks and cares! Hoping that our new insurance lists Dr. Moore as one of our providers!

Mark Zimmerman Dr Hahn and his staff are fantastic. I have had more than my share of dental work done. When I have needed crowns, he is very conscientious regarding color, fit, and overall being aesthetically pleasing. He also at times makes personal followup calls to ensure there is no discomfort. Also, Joy is a very good dental hygienist, who makes it a pleasant experience when needing your teeth cleaned.

Terri Henry I really appreciate the staff @ Marine Hills Dentistry and Dr Hahn. From the moment you walk in you feel important. Everyone is very friendly and the work done is excellent. I have gotten so many compliments on my teeth since having them done over a year ago. I am not good at keeping up on my dentist visits due to bad experiences in the past but they all make me feel comfortable here. I would recommend Dr Hahn & his staff to anyone.

Alex Rampton I scheduled with this office because of the many positive reviews on Zocdoc and Google. In the past, I’ve had regular dental cleanings every six months with a couple cavities over the years, but never anything past that. When I saw Dr. Hahn, I had seen my previous regular dentist six months prior and had been given a glowing review, that my teeth looked great and to keep up the good work. Given this, you can imagine my shock when I was told by Dr. Hahn I needed a crown and six fillings due to cavities. When I asked him some pretty innocuous questions about different dentist’s standards for what might require fillings, he immediately became apprehensive and defensive, which should have been an immediate red flag. I’m not a dentist, so I chose to trust him and had the crown put in and some of the fillings done. After the fillings, I noticed that the bite on the right side was now off and none of my back molars came into contact. I drove the 55 mins to come in to get it fixed only to arrive and have him tell me there was nothing he could do and that it could take up to two years for the teeth to adjust to the new bite (something I’ve not heard before). When I expressed frustration that he’d not mentioned this when I initially got the fillings, he responded with “I can’t remember to mention everything”. That’s not to mention the front office staff who, while very fun and friendly, failed multiple times to mention the number of visits that would be required and how much they would cost. I ended up being asked for over $400 more than what I was originally quoted. EDIT 01/29/2025 Finally saw a new dentist after refusing to have the rest of the "cavities" filled by Dr. Hahn. Im glad I listened to my gut, because the new dentist took comprehensive xrays and said my teeth looked fine. Avoid this dentist.
