Sophy Zhang We were on a leisure trip and had an emergency broken tooth, and we found Dentistry or Bellevue luckily they exceeded our expectations in every way. They were able to place us first thing the next morning upon us calling at 5pm, all staff is super attentive, caring and good at what they do. They have in house machine that were able to build the tooth and crown overnight, so we could enjoy our trip with a piece of mind. They also accepted our insurance and attentive in helping us figure that part out to relieve the financial stress. Thank you and highly recommended to any type of emergency or just regular teeth issues!

Jamie Barnes Amazing, friendly, and supportive team! I had a late night/ very early morning dental accident/ emergency. The ER was able to get a hold of the docs assistant, John, whom was able to get me in for an emergency procedure later that morning- on Easter Sunday! John stayed in contact with me throughout the time I was at the ER, and multiple times before and after the procedures performed. Making it easy to communicate via text before I was able to speak due to pain. Dr Khurana and tech Sheri were fantastic. Ensuring my comfort during the procedure, understanding of what what’s going to be needed, and possible changes/ outcomes of my situation later on with time. Never once did they make me feel like an inconvenience or rushed, especially with being called in on a holiday. They have been able to get me in the following day for the second part of the procedure, expediting my ability to get back to normal after such an accident.

KC Filthy I was in need for an emergency tooth extraction. I found this place from Google search. I called, explained my situation and they were very helpful. They wanted to help me that day if I wasnt at work. I had no active dental insurance at the time and they helped me as best as they could. I will be going back there from now on! Even though I fear the dentist. The dentist and crew was very nice! The location was easy to get to and easy to find parking. The equipment they have are all brand new and top of the line! Well as far as I know.......definitely much better then the last time I visited another dentist. Highly recommend this establishment!

Iyla Mitteco First time experience was absolutely great! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and inviting. They make you feel comfortable right away and really make sure all your needs are met before, during, and after. They did a great job checking with insurance and making sure I was receiving a proper treatment plan based on my coverages and deductible. I would 100% recommend and look forwarding to seeing them again.

R L I have been a patient at Cooley Smiles for almost 10 years, but things have been getting worse recently. The good doctor who used to take care of us is no longer showing up. Things have gone downhill badly. I booked a regular tooth cleaning appointment, and nobody informed me that I needed to sign anything in order to receive the service, especially since I have received multiple services in the past and already signed the required forms. Five minutes before my appointment was supposed to start, I was suddenly told there was a "brand new policy" and was threatened that I had to sign it or they wouldn’t provide the service. I explained that I have been a long-time patient and had already signed the previous policy. Since my appointment was supposed to start in just one minute, I promised to review the three new policy documents after my appointment, as I didn’t want to rush through them. However, the receptionist became aggressive, cut me off more than five times, and refused to listen. Instead, they kept repeating the same thing, threatening that I had to sign whatever they gave me immediately or I would be kicked out. I’m sorry, but I really don’t like the feeling of being threatened. And here I am—kicked out of Cooley Smiles. Thanks for the service!

Liza Furlan Dr. Scott is the best! He is fairly new to Cooley Smiles, but has had his own successful practice prior to joining Cooley. Ive been seeing him for the past few months regarding issues with my teeth, and he has gone above and beyond to get me to a great plan of action. All I can say is, thank you, Dr. Scott, you ROCK! From the front office team, to the hygienists and Dr Ryan, they’re one of the most engaging and warm team of professionals I’ve ever worked with. Brian Foreman Nice staff, and has to be the best dentist around. Their knowledge and plans for people are right on. Clean place with top of the line technology and air purifiers. Only negative is they are always busy, scheduled out and hard to get them to see you in one visit without having to come back again 4 weeks later. Ryan is an awesome dentist and worth it.

Helena lykken Bellevue Dental Arts is by far the best dentist practice that I have ever been to. Dr. Chang is so knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, funny, transparent, and so talented. Him and his staff is nothing short of the best. I truly don’t believe there is anywhere that is better

Amadea Ng Update to previous post! Ignoring the booking system, Dr. Han is a world class dentist. He takes the time to talk you through the process, recommends paths you can take, and supports your decision either way. His expertise shines through in his handiwork, which is the gentlest dentistry I’ve ever experienced. He’s calming and checks in on you all the time. Personally, I think Dr Han would be great to take kids to (read: no trauma). Despite the failing of the booking system, Dr Han and his team quickly rescheduled me for the next day and offered me complimentary services as a small apology. It’s a nice touch!

Ravikumar Vayuvegula My crown had fallen off and I called the office for a appointment. Sylvia was able to immediately accommodate me as soon as I told her about the situation and she also patiently walked me through all the insurance and payment options. Dr. Redenze and assistant Olga were so efficient and amazing that I was in and out in less that 25 minutes! I actually feel the crown is set even better than before! I am definitely going back, in fact I am changing my insurance so they can be part of my network.

Josie Bowlouden Bellevue Family Dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever had. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff are caring and thorough. Specifically, the dental hygienist, Anngen, is the best! She is thorough in her cleanings, takes her time to get to know her patients, and always welcomes an opportunity to educate patients on new technology, cleaning techniques, and goals for improving gum health. My husband had a recent appointment, and despite many previous experiences with bad dental practices, Anngen gladly helped him through the process and explained what she was doing and how he could improve his dental health. Laura Tran Dr. Jiyeon Lee and her dental assistant were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They maintained a high level of professionalism, which made me feel at ease during my PRF/PRP treatment. The clinic itself has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff really takes the time to ensure youre comfortable and well-informed. This was my second treatment for my scalp within two months, so its hard to say if I’ve seen noticeable results yet. However, I can definitely say that I am not experiencing additional hair loss from this treatment. I’ll be sure to update my review in a few months! I will be scheduling my third appointment for sure.

Jessica Johnson Had to have 6 teeth pulled today by Aden Dental. 3 Wisdom teeth and 3 molars. The entire staff from the front desk, to the tech, and assistants, to the Dr were all kind, and compassionate. The procedure was quick, they had warm soft fluffy blankets to keep you warm. Just all around an amazing experience!

Denise H Its a great place to take care of your teeth and the entire mouth hygiene. Maria was great in scheduling and very helpful. Gary the front desk manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order before my visit and to arrange for my next appointment and care. First off, its the people who matter most, and Dr. Yu and her staff are exceptional. The office operates with the precision of a Swiss clock. From online forms, to text reminders, they leverage tech where needed for the repetitive tasks, affording themselves the time for personalized interactions with patients. And while people make the difference, so does the clinics mandate; their reason for being. And this is where I saw the biggest contrast between the "fancy" dental practice and this one. Where I felt as if I were constantly being groomed for extra charges there, I now feel as if the priority is my dental care here. Honesty, openness, and a focus on care, not selling me the "special" expensive mouthwash. If expertise and integrity are important to you, you will not be disappointed. Ivy J. It was generally ok until I got yelled by my doctor Monica when she adjusted my crown. I don’t think I did anything wrong, may have responded a bit late to her question because I didn’t understand her question about which tooth was high. It was clear that the crown just put on was high. She suggested to ground the tooth smaller and protect it with a crown. The tooth was working fine, no pain. After her treatment, the tooth needed root canal. I wasn’t warned with the risk. I am so sad that I had to get two times of anesthetic and got the new permanent crown open right after it was put on. They even sent me an mail notifying me they won’t provide the service to me without any apologies. I believe they could do better.

M Thornton Just had a wonderful visit here as a first time patient. The people that helped me here Dr. Yi and, in particular, the incredible Mustafa. Mustafa was so friendly and cheery, while not being over the top and still being very respectful. Mustafa seemed to very happy to be there working with people, and as one of those people I was very happy he was there. I hope Im lucky enough to schedule with him in the future. I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through what they were seeing to make sure I understood what was going on (thankfully nothing too serious but still). Wai Lee Dr. Jason cares about his patients. He examines carefully, and tells you if there is any dental issue that needs to be addressed, and explains to you the procedures to treat the issue. The hygienist and the receptionist are also good. So far good experience visiting this dental office. I would recommend it to my friends.

Kimberly Stewart Teeth cleaning was fast but good, and very much appreciated. Cavity fill the following day was very much appreciated. Advice was given to me regarding additional needed treatment (crowns on two molars, with possible root canal needed on one of the molars if the crown fails due to pre-existing condition). I am not financially able to pay for the two crowns at this time so I was given information on financing options that I still need to explore. I will look into it and call for appointment if I am able to secure future personal funding or approval of a financing plan. Overall dental care was very good and they provided information on future treatment needed and why it was needed. The office staff were very pleasant and professional with answering any questions I had and providing information to me on possible financial resource options.

Bamlak Mengistu I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Emmy Yeojung Park. During my visit, I felt that she was dismissive and lacked the professionalism one would expect in a healthcare setting. When I asked questions about the filling procedure, she was noticeably rude and seemed irritated by my concerns. On my first appointment, she didn’t thoroughly explain anything, and the actual cleaning felt rushed—barely lasting two minutes. What was most disturbing was her overall attitude; it felt as though she didn’t want to be there or deal with patients. This kind of behavior is disheartening, especially in a medical environment where patients are often nervous and vulnerable. A little empathy and clear communication go a long way. You didn’t even respect me enough to introduce yourself when you first walked in, I literally had to call and ask her name. On a more positive note, the dental assistant was incredibly kind, patient, and comforting throughout the process. I truly appreciated her care and support during a painful and confusing time. I’m writing this so Dr. Park takes the opportunity to reflect on her behavior and anyone else hopefully doesn’t go through what I went through. Patients deserve respect, clarity, and kindness—not cold treatment or hostility. Everyone has bad days, but it should never impact patient care. I let the first time slide and came back hoping I would get a better service but a second bad day tells me that you clearly have an issue to fix.

Derek Tsuchida I went here for the first time last week as I had a crown from years ago crack and break (not from this office). Dr. Kim and her staff were able to get me in and get me fit for a new crown right away! The process was very easy, the Dr and her staff were kind and very knowledgeable! I just got the new, permanent crown put on today and everything went smoothly as expected! Im very happy I found this office and dentist!
