I recently switched here and just had my first cleaning appointment, which turned out to be the best dental cleaning Ive had in years. The staff here are incredibly professional, caring, and patient-focused. From the dentists to the assistants, everyone is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I also got a new night guard here, and the dental assistant was amazingly patient, adjusting it meticulously multiple times until I was completely satisfied. They assured me I could come back anytime for further adjustments. Finally, I have a comfortable night guard, something my previous dental clinic couldnt achieve—the difference is remarkable. Surpassing all expectations, the team made this my best dental experience in a long time.

A. Sheffield: I have had several procedures done by Dr. Najafi now and could not be happier, confident that he will strive to put my comfort and satisfaction first. He is very professional and puts me at ease. For my crown work, he let me have a little more Novocain to reassure me. When my comfort is in question, his team strives to correct, even with my fussiness about feeling of dark glasses on my face. Yes, I am an high maintenance patient lol. And the crown is perfect, no issues whatsoever post-procedure. When I wanted a little brighter on my composite veneers, he touched them up at no additional charge. When I was concerned about my lower teeth from what I thought was just stains, he, himself, used a special file to remove build-up and the shade of teeth brightened by about 4 levels! It is this thoughtful and meticulous attention to detail that makes me very comfortable to recommend him as a dentist to anyone I know. He is a perfectionist when it comes to both necessary and cosmetic dentistry and also very kind and gentle! Thank you Dr. Najafi!

He seems like he keeps studying and researching to provide better options to clients although he is already knowledgeable with various experiences. Their staffs are so kind and thoughtful as well. Kathy Mangrubang: My brother and I have been going to Premier Smiles of Bellevue for approx 3 years now to see Dr. Thai and Dr. Nam.. They are conveniently located next to the Factoria AMC Theaters. We truly trusted our prior dentist who had to retire early, and we knew he would only turn over all of his patients to a very qualified team after he had done extensive much research. I have been very happy with the new team and I have now had 3 old crowns and a filling replaced as well as my regular cleanings. They both do excellent work. I have NEVER felt that they have "pushed" for unnecessary work, but instead have monitored certain issues over time and had clear communication with me after my cleanings. When an area needed to be addressed, they fully explained their reasoning and were able to point out the issue in the historical X-rays of why it should be addressed. In my personal background/experience, 30 years ago my previous dentist of 20 years retired and sold his practice. At my first (and last) cleaning, that new dentist immediately told me that I needed $5000+ of work done (very unnecessary as I suspected) so I was on high alert (so to speak) in doing my research about the new dentists taking over my recent practice change. I am very happy to report that I have found that Premier Smiles of Bellevue to be an excellent team. It was a bonus to have brothers as now there is always a built in backup as they work different days. Its also nice that they have young families (who I met at their open house) which means to me that I will be retiring way before they do. Kathy M.
