They make you feel comfortable right away and really make sure all your needs are met before, during, and after. They did a great job checking with insurance and making sure I was receiving a proper treatment plan based on my coverages and deductible. I would 100% recommend and look forwarding to seeing them again.

1 /5 R L: I have been a patient at Cooley Smiles for almost 10 years, but things have been getting worse recently. The good doctor who used to take care of us is no longer showing up. Things have gone downhill badly. I booked a regular tooth cleaning appointment, and nobody informed me that I needed to sign anything in order to receive the service, especially since I have received multiple services in the past and already signed the required forms. Five minutes before my appointment was supposed to start, I was suddenly told there was a "brand new policy" and was threatened that I had to sign it or they wouldn’t provide the service. I explained that I have been a long-time patient and had already signed the previous policy. Since my appointment was supposed to start in just one minute, I promised to review the three new policy documents after my appointment, as I didn’t want to rush through them. However, the receptionist became aggressive, cut me off more than five times, and refused to listen. Instead, they kept repeating the same thing, threatening that I had to sign whatever they gave me immediately or I would be kicked out. I’m sorry, but I really don’t like the feeling of being threatened. And here I am—kicked out of Cooley Smiles. Thanks for the service!

Ive been seeing him for the past few months regarding issues with my teeth, and he has gone above and beyond to get me to a great plan of action. All I can say is, thank you, Dr. Scott, you ROCK! 5 /5 Teri Harmeyer: I believe my dental hygienist name was Susan, and she was in informative, gentle, and very personable. I also met. I believe Dr. Adam for the first time and he had similar, great qualities. He said he tends to leave more towards holistic dentistry, and I appreciate that! I’ve been going to this office for years and the last three or so, there’s been a lot of changeover. I’m pleased to report that the newer employees are fantastic and I would highly recommend the Cooley smiles office. Oh, and a little hint, if the parking lot is full, Which it often can be… I park in one of the “always” empty handicap spots for one short visit. Otherwise, you would have to park blocks away (And be late ), because everywhere else around says “no parking for Cooley”. I’m sure the office would not recommend this so, …. shush.

5 /5 Amy Nehme: My hygienist Stephanie was so detailed and gave me such a thorough cleaning as well as friendly and informative recommendations for taking better care of my teeth and gums. I was comfortable throughout my entire visit and when the dentist came in for the examination, he spent a lot of time really checking my teeth and he asked a lot of questions and really listened to me. Will definitely be returning soon and recommend this place to anyone who wants a great dental experience.

Laura Tran: Dr. Jiyeon Lee and her dental assistant were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They maintained a high level of professionalism, which made me feel at ease during my PRF/PRP treatment. The clinic itself has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff really takes the time to ensure youre comfortable and well-informed. This was my second treatment for my scalp within two months, so its hard to say if I’ve seen noticeable results yet. However, I can definitely say that I am not experiencing additional hair loss from this treatment. I’ll be sure to update my review in a few months! I will be scheduling my third appointment for sure.

Ineem Ba: The receptionist nose up in the air thinks she is in above the patient, I was talking to her and she start doing something else, looked down to floor, pulling and pushing drawers complete ignores does not willing to give answer or talk, got mad easily become sarcastic. Hardly typing on keyboard because of long artificial nails not let her type least normal speed. I requested copy of p record she keep lying that does not have it. The Dr came told her to give my record. She printed out gave me without look at me. I cancelled my next app there. Bad attitude does not bring happiness to anywhere you go.

Judith Palacios: Even though I looked for reviews about this clinic, and saw that they were not good, I decided to give it a try. YOU DONTN DO THAT, PLEASE LEARN FROM OTHERS EXPERIIENCES! This is the bad experience I had there: I booked an appointment for my daughter, 15-year-old, a cleaning session, new patient, not a big deal. On the visit day the nurse who provided service to us was in a very bad mud, she spokes in such a low tone that we couldnt understand what she was saying. I asked her on more than one time to speak louder to us, and she didnt. When she took my daughters x rays, she didnt tell me to leave the room. When I pointed it out to her and asked her why she didnt tell me, she answered me that she had told me, when she DIDNT. After that, the nurse performed the cleaning to my daughter’s tooth, she did it very quickly and so roughly that she hurt her gums. When we left the dental room, I asked to speak to the director of the clinic, he welcomed us, he was friendly, and when I told him what just had happened, I got the impression that he pretended that he didnt know what I was talking about, he said that they had NEVER received a complaint about their service and that they had NEVER received a complaint about that nurses service. It was his way of diplomatically ignoring me. Are you looking for good service? Do not go to Eastgate Dental Clinic, it is a low-quality clinic, perhaps because they focus on patients who have free medical insurance provided by the state of WA.

Haley Parkhurst: One of the most Beautiful Offices I have ever stepped foot In. I am always greeted with a Smile and everyone is super friendly. The work is outstanding and Both Doctors do very well to explain things that are needed, they will never ‘sell’ you something you do not need, they are compassionate and understanding and were able to see I did have anxiety about dental treatment, I have never felt like my appointments are rushed, I am someone who understands that all practices; medical or dental, are and can be busy. Also I’d like to mention; the Best cleanings Ive ever had have been at Brookside! The front desk are very proficient in making sure I had all of my correct documents signed (which I feel it is just as important as forms in a medical office, I take my dental health serious) as well as helping me understand my treatment plan which I happily signed.
