2 /5 Z C: Terrible experience with Dr. Edward Lm. I’ve been his patient for the past three years, but after my most recent visit, I will never return. During a routine cleaning, the assistant completed the prep work, and I was then left waiting over 30 minutes for Dr. Lm to show up. When he finally arrived, he spent less than 30 seconds examining my teeth before declaring I had a new cavity and began scheduling a follow-up without offering any explanation.
When I asked a reasonable question—whether this cavity was new or missed during the last visit—he snapped and said: “I said twice it’s new. Don’t blame me for getting cavities, blame yourself!”
I was shocked. I never blamed him—I simply asked for clarification, and his reaction was defensive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If a patient can’t even ask a clarifying question without being insulted, then this is not a dentist worth trusting.
His dismissive attitude, lack of communication, and clear disregard for basic patient respect are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Dr. Edward Lm.
