Quality of service has been consistently amazing start from the front with Val who is very professional & knowledgeable. I’ve gotten fillings, root canals, crowns, and all my wisdom teeth removed here with not one bad experience in 9+ years. The one time I went somewhere else, left me in pain for 2 months — but of course came back here and it was fixed just like that. I am so thankful to have found such a great & clean dentist place. Like rarely any dust at reception and bathroom is spotless, appreciate the pride as it reflects the quality.

5 /5 Tia: I needed 2 crown preps done today and I was very nervous today. My experience with Dr. Z and Danielle put all my fears to rest. I had nitrous oxide which helped me feel so much more comfortable. I also was given a pillow and blanket. They let me bring in my own headset so I could listen to my music. The pain I thought I would have did not even exist. The Z team is so knowledgeable and explained everything so well, I understood at each step what would happen next. I appreciate the excellent work on my teeth today and kudos to the whole team! Dr. Z s work puts the Gentle in Gentle Dental. Thank you!

Anna K: After decades of looking for a good dentist, I’ve finally arrived, and I’m not going anywhere for a long time!!! Dr. A is by far one of the best dentists I’ve experienced in my life. Authenticity- I don’t think she tries to make you do extra work when you don’t need it. Clarity- showed me all my exams and X-rays while discussing my treatment plan. Spent so much time just discussing my options with her. Work- made me feel at ease, explained everything it great detail. Care- called me the next day to check up- even when it was just temporary crowns. Holistic- tried to get down to the root cause- which no other dentist did before. Ease- super easy to make appointments and they texted me so I could move my appointment up. I’ve been to some terrible dentists who seem like they are nice, but don’t care about you or your health at all. I think she is different. Dental assistants were also very precise and kind- especially Daniella. Also appreciated their new tech which made scans way easier.

Vyacheslav Ponomarev: Quick and easy. The doctor was detailed and efficient. Was distracted at first trying to resolve another conflict requiring double checking. Nice and friendly staff. Front receptionist was somewhat stale and grey. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling good. I hope you feel better and send best wishes and good energy to you. I give it a 4 state because: in my past experience with state insurance for the past 6 years from WA to CA back to WA, they tend to go directly to the most expensive not covered treatment option such as root canals instead of other diagnosis or methods. I’m not a dentist but as a patient it feels price gouging and tailoring to insurance companies.
