Christina Davis Ive been a long time patient here. Meridian Dental has such great staff, especially Jose, the most friendly hygienist! Dr. Walker is awesome as well. Its like coming to visit extended family. He remembers my sons by names. Everything they do has a personal touch and all their equipment and products are current and state of the art. Front desk personnel are kind and make checking out/booking next appointments easy and quick. Thanks for excellent customer service, Meridian Dental!

Doan Nguyen I’m 48 years old, and this place was the worst dentistry I’ve ever been to. My first experience at this dental office will also be my last. The waiting room was crowded and noisy, all the furnitures were super worn out, and the floor was dirty with trash. The uncleanliness followed in the exam room. The dirty counter in the exam room was definitely an omnious sign of my appalling experience with them. Since I was a new patient, they took X-rays and proceeded to exam my teeth. Unlike any other dental places I’ve been to, they didn’t even clean my teeth. Then the Asian male dentist (I didn’t get his name) told me that I will need a deep cleaning and 9 fillings. After insurance is billed, I would have to pay about $1000 out-of-pocket for this recommended plan of care. I was shocked and troubled by Rewards Dental’s recommendation. Mind you, I went to a different dentistry about 7 months prior and that place didn’t tell me I needed a deep cleaning. In fact, they put me on a 1-year cleaning schedule as opposed to the 6-month schedule that I was accustomed to. They also didn’t indicate that I needed any fillings done, let alone 9 of them. Today I just went to a different dentistry to get a 2nd opinion because Rewards Dental’s plan of care for me seemed outrageous. The new dentist confirmed my suspicion because she didn’t think I needed a deep cleaning, and she only recommended 1 filling which will only cost about $90 out-of-pocket. I am really appalled by Rewards Dental. This is clearly a case of an individual (or a practice) who prioritize profit over their patients well-being. The unethical behavior found here is unacceptable. I hope this review will deter some people from going to Rewards Dental of Kent and in turn avoiding getting ripped off.

Russ Wall Its really hard to give an accurate review at this time Because I have not had any work done. I can tell you this. Its like walking into a new world a wonderland. I got a tour that has beverage options. and everyone is very kind. You get your own dental agent to start with who Stays with you and takes your x rays. When they seat you in the chair, theres a line card for more options. Not to mention if youre a new client, you get a gift bag. Its a kind of hospitality that you dont normally see in washington state. The doctor has a can do attitude. The overall atmosphere is pretty much nothing Ive ever seen. I guess I could compare it to a cruise ship hospitality. Im not a big fan of dental work, but this will be nice to go to this place.

The moment I walked in I was treated as if I had been going there for years. The entire staff was so friendly. It was a full comprehensive visit and I felt like they took their time and made sure I was fully aware of every aspect of his my teeth are doing, and options for preventative care. Typically Im used to being confused on how much my visit would cost, and just waiting for the bill, but at great NW dental they were up front about what they were billing and how much I would be responsible for. I will be recommending this dentist to everyone I know.

They are very good with kids and they make sure they explain everything to the parents and they answer your questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this dentist office for children. Angela Greminger I love childrens dental care! They dont do unnecessary treatment. We have been going here since my kids were born. I recently changed dentist due to moving. My 10 year old wasnt having it. The new dental office said he needed a filling. He was scared as it would have been his first, so they wouldnt do it. I brought him back to this office and the dentist said it was small and on a baby tooth and so it didnt need to be filled. Honesty Im willing to make the hour drive for the treatment my kids receive here. Hands down the best team!

After my check up and cleaning I discussed the possibility of an implant and was referred up to the Kent office. All encounters so far with the different employees in the two different offices has been very positive and I have nothing bad to say.

Mary Peters The receptionist was very rude. Very unprofessional, I had to cancel my sons appointment due to how she approached me, and how she was asking questions. I truly understand when Im asked for information. Im more than happy to provide the needed information and to cooperate with any given protocols. But I didnt appreciate how I was approached and being asked. First thing this receptionist asked me was "did you go somewhere", with her tone and attitude being completely customer unattractive. She meant if I had gone to a different Dental. I replied yes! thinking to myself, did she just asked me that.First interaction can set the tone for what is coming next. Customer is what pays you!!

Nicholas Niehoff I have been coming to this dental office since I was in grade school. The staff have always been very professional, kind and good at their jobs. Dr Drantis* is very efficient and likes to check in after any oral procedure is done, as well as they all give good positive feedback on oral health without shame. They have also been very fair and accommodating when dealing with dental insurance coverage which can be tricky sometimes. I live out of state and come here for every cleaning, check up and occasional filling because I’m so comfortable here.

JPZ _ A very pleasant experience. I have neglected my teeth for years never visiting a dentist. Naturally at some point something is going to happen… and boy did it. Thanks to the help and care from Des Moines Dental Center I’m back on track with good teeth. Never once did I get a lecture on what I neglected or what I should have done. Great people work there, they should be proud of their team, I know I am. Now that 6 months have past I went in for a cleaning and it was great! Glad to have them as my Dentist.

Miss Misc Giving a four stars because love the dentists here with their care for patient comfort, the hygienists are super informative, and love the front office staff. However, the one front office staff (Carina I think) doesnt do her due diligence to explain billing and didnt ask to collect payment for my last dental appointment. Normally after youre done with your appointment, you go to the front and pay, but she said I was "all good to go." I thought it was a bit odd, but then shrugged it off. Surprise - I got a message for a bill notifying me that I owed $120+. Last time I was there, I also heard another customer who was upset because billing wasnt explained to him prior to getting services rendered. Always do your due diligence to confirm and ask questions. Lessons learned. Otherwise, great dental office.

Mitchell Seibel Dr. Singh is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a cavity filling go so smoothly. I don’t how she came up with the technique she uses to inject the numbing agent but I did not feeling the needle AT ALL. The cavity filling was over so fast I couldn’t believe it. In-out 20 minutes I swear to god. Dr. Singh and her staff are the best I could’ve asked for thank you again for everything!!

Jo I have been using MV Family Dentistry for well over 10 over years. This is a great practice to go to if you live in the area! The clinic is conveniently located with parking available onsite. The office is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Most of the staff have been there a long time. All of the non clinical staff are friendly and helpful. Both dentists are great! Ron is my hygienist - he is fun, easy going and thorough. I actually look forward to going and always feel better when I leave. Highly recommend this practice for the whole family - you will feel well cared for!

They had me in and out of the filling appointment in under 30 minutes. They were very effective with applying pain management and I didnt feel a thing. G. Owen Edit to my review: I had left a 5 star review from 8 years ago when Dr. Hodge owned the practice. But he retired a little over 2 years ago. The support staff and hygienist are great but they have changed dentists 3 times in the last 2 years. Of those 3 only Dr. Muhammad (the 2nd of the 3) a decent comparison to Dr. Hodge. I was not at all happy with my last visit getting some work done. Best dentist I have ever been too! They make sure you are very comfortable. Donna who does billing is very good about estimating what your portion will be prior to a visit. Dr. Hodge will personally call you to welcome before your first visit to discuss any concerns. He will also personally call after a visit to make sure you are doing okay. All staff members are very friendly and take great care to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Michaela Anijo Today I had my first ever root canal on a tooth thats been causing me problems for nearly 20 years, and I was surprised by how smooth and painless the procedure went. All of the staff at this office were pleasant and professional. I was really nervous, but Dr. Yamada was incredible and explained everything to me beforehand, then worked gently and so efficiently that it was done much sooner than I thought itd be. Hopefully Ill never need a root canal done again, but if I do, Ill be sure to choose Dr. Yamada again. Thank you for your amazing work!

Janie Nicodemus Today was my first appointment at Bright Now in Kent. Would I arrived the office staff and dental assistant tried to get me to pay for a dental cancer screening light, $29. I verified that the dentist does a visual screening- he does. Nothing in my history indicates I am high risk for oral cancer. Then after 20 minutes the dentist does his exam- all good- I am taken to another room for my cleaning. There the dental assistant and hygienist tried to sell me a bacterial laser- $130. Ya know to kill bacteria. I asked how long this was effective and was told until the next time I ate or drank. I feel that it was more important to try to upsell me than actually take care of my dental needs

Vyacheslav Ponomarev Quick and easy. The doctor was detailed and efficient. Was distracted at first trying to resolve another conflict requiring double checking. Nice and friendly staff. Front receptionist was somewhat stale and grey. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling good. I hope you feel better and send best wishes and good energy to you. I give it a 4 state because: in my past experience with state insurance for the past 6 years from WA to CA back to WA, they tend to go directly to the most expensive not covered treatment option such as root canals instead of other diagnosis or methods. I’m not a dentist but as a patient it feels price gouging and tailoring to insurance companies.

Thu Nguyen I can’t tell you how much I trust Dr. Yip, Dr. Z, and various endodontist here. Quality of service has been consistently amazing start from the front with Val who is very professional & knowledgeable. I’ve gotten fillings, root canals, crowns, and all my wisdom teeth removed here with not one bad experience in 9+ years. The one time I went somewhere else, left me in pain for 2 months — but of course came back here and it was fixed just like that. I am so thankful to have found such a great & clean dentist place. Like rarely any dust at reception and bathroom is spotless, appreciate the pride as it reflects the quality.

Reese Piece I came a couple of years ago to remove all of my wisdom teeth. I was put under anesthesia, yet, I kid not, I could feel the jerk of when he removed my tooth one by one. Flash forward to today, Im told that my cheeks or gums per my dentist have begun to cover where one of the tooth has been by my dentist. Im referred to a periodontist, and Im told that whoever removed my wisdom tooth caused this to happen. I just wish this was avoided and hope it happens to no one else. Now youre costing me a more than a thousand operation I didnt need until you wrecked my gums. Please do not reply, I dont need a terrible apology. Just letting your customers know what youve done.

Requested for a new appointment and was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. The real kicker was when they offered an appointment in October??? This makes me question if you care about your customers teeth. You have got to be kidding me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not going to be made to feel like like another number and an unvalued customer. ✌️
