Janine was so efficient, handling all of my appointments with ease while explaining every step of the process. 1 /5 Reese Piece: I came a couple of years ago to remove all of my wisdom teeth. I was put under anesthesia, yet, I kid not, I could feel the jerk of when he removed my tooth one by one. Flash forward to today, Im told that my cheeks or gums per my dentist have begun to cover where one of the tooth has been by my dentist. Im referred to a periodontist, and Im told that whoever removed my wisdom tooth caused this to happen. I just wish this was avoided and hope it happens to no one else. Now youre costing me a more than a thousand operation I didnt need until you wrecked my gums. Please do not reply, I dont need a terrible apology. Just letting your customers know what youve done.

1 /5 Adam Sali: Horribly unprofessional dental office! Poorly ran front office. Shocked this place is still in business. Was notified less than 24 hours that I had an appointment. Requested for a new appointment and was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. The real kicker was when they offered an appointment in October??? This makes me question if you care about your customers teeth. You have got to be kidding me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not going to be made to feel like like another number and an unvalued customer. ✌️

5 /5 Jay Christian Tizon: Always awesome. I’m torn between northwest family dental care and woodland dental they are just both so great. Ms. Mary and Dr. Jackson did an amazing job! Kudos to Ms Janine and Ms Stephanie for the helping me out in the appointment also. My favorite assistant (Mandi) wasn’t there to help but that’s ok. Set up for another appointment right away and planned out for proper care of my teeth. Walking in here felt like I knew everyone they were very friendly. The facility was very nice and the wait was short. 10/10 would recommend.
