The assistants were very sweet and everyone had such a great attitude, you can tell they all enjoy working together. My hygenist, Danielle, was very informative about my dental health and answered all the questions I had, including an inquiry to get a sport guard for my jiujitsu classes. I had a wonderful experience at Cosmos, so much so, that Ive recommended friends and family to her and theyve all had the same great things to say. Thank you Dr Poppe and your amazing team!

They admitted mistake, but never apologized nor had courage to call me for explanation of mistakes. Very very disappointed, I wont ever recommend then to anyone. Pls join the dental insurance before go with them, otherwise you will regret.

Peter Tan: Ive been seeing Dr. Xu and the crew for more than 2 years now. Mostly Im doing cleaning services with hygienists and Dr. Xu would provide check-up and fluoride sometimes. Space is clean and I recommend the convenient location and reasonable price. Also, the receptionist would text me with details of appointment and reminder in advance which is helpful for me to keep track, because appointments are scheduled 6 months ahead.

The entire staff from the front desk, to the tech, and assistants, to the Dr were all kind, and compassionate. The procedure was quick, they had warm soft fluffy blankets to keep you warm. Just all around an amazing experience!

Authenticity- I don’t think she tries to make you do extra work when you don’t need it. Clarity- showed me all my exams and X-rays while discussing my treatment plan. Spent so much time just discussing my options with her. Work- made me feel at ease, explained everything it great detail. Care- called me the next day to check up- even when it was just temporary crowns. Holistic- tried to get down to the root cause- which no other dentist did before. Ease- super easy to make appointments and they texted me so I could move my appointment up. I’ve been to some terrible dentists who seem like they are nice, but don’t care about you or your health at all. I think she is different. Dental assistants were also very precise and kind- especially Daniella. Also appreciated their new tech which made scans way easier.

Front receptionist was somewhat stale and grey. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling good. I hope you feel better and send best wishes and good energy to you. I give it a 4 state because: in my past experience with state insurance for the past 6 years from WA to CA back to WA, they tend to go directly to the most expensive not covered treatment option such as root canals instead of other diagnosis or methods. I’m not a dentist but as a patient it feels price gouging and tailoring to insurance companies.
