The dentists, hygienist, dental assistants, etc have made my experience SO comfortable and painless. They work as a TRUE team and care so much. 5 /5 Costa Lakoumentas: My first time here, after leaving the "fancy" high-end dental practice, and I couldnt be more pleased. First off, its the people who matter most, and Dr. Yu and her staff are exceptional. The office operates with the precision of a Swiss clock. From online forms, to text reminders, they leverage tech where needed for the repetitive tasks, affording themselves the time for personalized interactions with patients. And while people make the difference, so does the clinics mandate; their reason for being. And this is where I saw the biggest contrast between the "fancy" dental practice and this one. Where I felt as if I were constantly being groomed for extra charges there, I now feel as if the priority is my dental care here. Honesty, openness, and a focus on care, not selling me the "special" expensive mouthwash. If expertise and integrity are important to you, you will not be disappointed. Im delighted to be their patient.

3 /5 Ivy J.: It was generally ok until I got yelled by my doctor Monica when she adjusted my crown. I don’t think I did anything wrong, may have responded a bit late to her question because I didn’t understand her question about which tooth was high. It was clear that the crown just put on was high. She suggested to ground the tooth smaller and protect it with a crown. The tooth was working fine, no pain. After her treatment, the tooth needed root canal. I wasn’t warned with the risk. I am so sad that I had to get two times of anesthetic and got the new permanent crown open right after it was put on. They even sent me an mail notifying me they won’t provide the service to me without any apologies. I believe they could do better.

5 /5 Tessa W: First time and had a great experience. Staff was courteous and the office was inviting. The room I was in had tall windows with a beautiful view of trees and greenery outside. I tend to get a little nervous at dental appointments but Dr. Yu took good care of me and kept me feeling comfortable and calm. Brandon was very informative and answered all my questions, and continued to check in with me throughout my treatment. Thank you so much for your excellent care and keeping my smile happy!

1 /5 WN: Never felt compelled to leave a review until I went to this place. They billed me incorrectly and took many months to fix. Extremely slow.I was also told I needed a very large amount of fillings, and after getting a second opinion I did not need any. This place will get you to do unecessary work, I suggest getting a second opinion and going elsewhere. I do not trust this place to give an honest assessment of dental health. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from.
