Brandon Ritchie It is hard to say enough good things about this office and mostly about Dr. Lance Rhoten. Not only is he a great dentist but also speaks Spanish! The staff is great, the atmosphere is excellent and of course they give you a free toothbrush! Candidly, I have been to a few really bad dentists in my life and happy to say, Dr. Rhoten is complete opposite of that. Strongly recommend him and his office!!

jacj29 Dr Sean and his staff are awesome! They always know you by name and are very welcoming. I never liked going to the dentist, but with Dr Sean it doesnt bother me at all. The staff there is great and they are quick to get you in if you have an emergency. My insurance changed a few years ago and i tried a different office in town as Dr Sean was out of network. I went back to Dr Sean and paid more out of pocket. You won’t be disapointed if you choose to come here.

Jo Cravens I have been going to Dr. Mathews for around 10 years and have never had a bad experience, in fact, he is the first dentist Ive actually look forward to going to. The reason why? First, he has amazing staff members who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Secondly, I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in their waiting room which tells me they value their patients time. Thirdly, I love the way they get to know each patient personally by asking about the their family or their interests in life. Fourthly, Dr. Sean has a great sense of humor and I really love hearing his stories. In addition, his timing is impeccable, Dr. Sean has a way of asking me a question when he knows I cant answer back, although it could be just me (funny guy). But most of all, Dr. Sean Mathews and staff are the most compassionate and caring individuals who make their patients experience a top priority from the minute they walk in the door to the second they walk out. Scott Roberts Great work done. My wife and I both had our dental work done here. We both had extensive work done. The staff was great. When I say great I mean it! And I dont give a great very often. The place also accepted my insurance, which is not very good dental insurance, and the price for the work done was perfect. It seems like they take many different insurances and are a top notch place to have work done. So with that said, hands down I will go back! If you are looking for a dentist with fair prices and top notch work; look no further than here. We were so happy we now smile a bit bigger in our pictures. :-) This is us on our trip after the work they did.

Dennis Winden Dr. King recently completed a Dental Implant to replace a molar. He was very thorough in clearly communicating to me the various options I had for dental repair. Having this implant has completely alleviated the dull pain I had experienced for years. I also recently, over the Holidays, had a previous dental crown break on a day when their office was closed. Dr. King responded to my phone call and had me meet him at his office for a temporary repair within the hour. He was able to complete the repair, determined the cause of the crown failure, and had me scheduled for a permanent crown replacement the following week. The Staff at Kennewick Family Smiles has provided excellent dental preventative care for my family for the last 20 years here in the Tri-Cities.
