I would recommend this place 1000 times over. Dr. Cooper even called a few hours later to check in and make sure everything was ok with me.

Jimmy Harrington I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed the other day and my experience at CBOM was absolutely perfect. Everybody was welcoming and friendly from the receptionists to the surgical assistants and surgeons themselves. Dr.Black was the one who did my procedure and I never felt in Safer hands. The surgical assistants were very reassuring and made me feel at home.

Exy Carvell Im not usually one to write reviews. However I hope my review might help someone with finding a great dentist, and team. I will be the first to share my anxiety with dentists. It stems from previous trauma at the dentist as a child. I was taken care of by Sarah who’s a hygienist. Who was great at easing my nerves, for my cleaning. When I had to get work done, I was greeted by Dr. Garrett Stoker and his assistant Alex. Let me just say this, Alex is an ANGEL. His hands are literally so soft. He is the most gentle with his patients. He assured me that I was in good hands and gave me the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever received! He made sure I was not nervous before the doctor walked in, and made sure I was okay by making my visit not only comfortable by supplying a blanket, and a pillow, but making sure he understood my needs without making my needs feel like a burden. They basically walked me through my visit by holding my hand (figuratively.) they checked in every so often to make sure I was not in pain and comfortable. They did not rush me, or make me feel hurried at all. I’m not sure if dental assistants get their flowers, but I sure hope they get them because Alex really does deserve them! My husband and I have enjoyed the overall experience, and hope someone else might enjoy it too!

Eric Jones Dr. Greer was excellent! Felt comfortable and cares very deeply about his patients. Explained every step of the way what he was doing, and asked if I had any pain or discomfort. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jacob Scott I have the best hygienist! She’s so nice and she’s so gentle. I went to a different facility growing up and had bad experiences there, and this lead to having anxiety every time I went to the dentist. Since I’ve been going to Creekside Dental, Ariana and all the staff I’ve encountered have treated me so well! Despite my oral health issues, Ariana has always been so kind, gentle and I’ve never felt judged. Most important, she’s helped me back to having a healthy smile and I don’t have anxiety at all anymore! I couldnt recommend her enough.

Ron Nelson I am a musician and I play the clarinet and the saxophone. I tend to bite down on the mouthpiece a little to the point where I cause abrasion on the inside of the lower lip. Years ago a colleague showed me I could form an adequate protective pad by folding a band-aid over itself. That has worked well. Thanks to Creekside Dental I now have an even better solution. I described the dilemma to Dr. Kimball Larsen, and he and their staff made an impression of my lower teeth, and vacuum molded me a clear plastic "tray" that fits snuggly over teeth 22-27 or so on my lower jaw. So far this has been a big improvement. Keeping the band-aid in place is no problem now. It is essentially invisible too, which is an improvement too. Thank you very much Dr Larsen and Company for your excellent dental service, and in this case some above and beyond good work!

Alexis Dawn The best! Sweet, welcoming staff, amazing dentists! I got work done this week and had a great experience with my hygienist (I forgot his name) and Dr. Jordan. Usually I’m very anxious but my hygienist helped a ton by being so kind and courteous of how I was feeling, he is definitely my favorite one I’ve ever had. Dr. Jordan was amazing as well. Chris Stape Im commenting on my experience of getting a replacement for a Mandibular Advanced Device used to treat obstructive sleep apnea. To be brief :-) the staff has exceptional knowledge and skills with the current technology, I had options/choices on devices, my attending and support staff provided simple and thorough explanations of the process, I felt we worked as a team with concern for my health, and to get the best possible performance out of the device. Five stars is not enough and superlatives fail.

Larisa P I’ve gone here a few times now and each time has been great! Everyone has been so kind and understanding of someone with anxiety about going to the dentist. This is the only place me and my kids will go. The front desk staff are all so friendly the second you walk in. The hygienists are all amazing at what they do, as well as the dentists. I love that you can request to see a certain person each time if you find someone you’re comfortable with too! Having tv and a blanket is also pretty great while getting your teeth cleaned, it provides such a great distraction.

The staff, upon greeting you as you walk in, to the financial advisor Lisa who understands procedures, costs, requirements along with front desk staff are knowledgeable with all procedures likewise. Our Dentist, Raquel Kafentzis, DDS, was so caring, thorough, walked me and my son through the whole process, made sure he was comfortable with the sensitivity of every procedure he had done. They do not rush to get done, they all take their time with their patients and do not rush. Ive been going to Family First Dental with Dr. Olsen since I was 8yrs old and now my family goes to them. Highly recommend Family First Dental.

Shelly Reese I am very unhappy with the entire experience. First my set of dentures never fit like there suppose to. The bottom denture never worked. So between my mother and the doctor, that decided to do implants.witch is extremely painful. When I was questioning the reason for such pain. He turned on the X-ray showing me my own mouth with the metal post already done. Without anyone saying a word to me I was shocked, to say the least. All of it was very traumatic. Which I already am suffering from a tbi.Long story short. The top dentures still dont fit, it takes two types of glue an powder to keep them in place. I can not eat. Plus I never received the implants. All of this. Cost my mother ten grand. For I denture. And three pieces of metal still in my mouth, causing all kinds of discomfort. I recently went back to discover all new faces. How strange. Then telling me I needed four more grand to finish the job. I was speechless. Who are thay kidding. Thayt care about smiles, bla bla bla. I now have extreme PTSD . And a future of more problems. Just what I do not need. Thanks but NO thanks.These people to not care one bit about there patients. Its all about the money, and how they look on the golf course. Save urself and find real help elsewhere.

Him and his staff are AMAZING, and Jen is always the hygienist I see, she is just as amazing! I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years because we move around a lot for work and usually they book appointments so far out that we are already gone by the time they can see me. When I called for my first appt they saw me the next day. I had to have multiple appointments and within a month. They have massaging/heated chairs which is nice because the dentist office is always so cold to me, so the heat was nice! The staff has been awesome and very nice… highly recommend!

Bob Sandusky Black & Salensky’ office fit me on short notice. They diagnosed my tooth needing a root canal. They don’t do root canals, but they were able to get me into another clinic an hour later. I was in their office and out of the second office in less than 3 hours. They did a nice job taking care of my issue.

I had a crown replaced and the new crown was made on their 3D machine which was all done in the same visit. Everyone in this office is so very kind and caring as well as good at what they do. I am very pleased that I chose Ideal Dentistry as our new dentist upon relocating to the Tri-Cities.

Alexa Quick service and they make the process of having braces easier. Usually pretty quick if you break a bracket and need a repair. Cheyenne is really nice and gentle. She explains what they’re doing and makes the process a lot smoother. Overall great service.
