From my first veneers to getting my fillings done, every procedure was handled with such care and expertise. They also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and providing detailed X-rays to monitor my health, even for cancer screening. The customer service is truly outstanding they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
Not only did they take great care of me, but they also treated my 9-months baby with such kindness and patience. My little one always leaves the office feeling happy, which means the world to me. I highly recommend this dental team for their skill, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. Thank you for everything Black and Salesky.

The staff, upon greeting you as you walk in, to the financial advisor Lisa who understands procedures, costs, requirements along with front desk staff are knowledgeable with all procedures likewise. Our Dentist, Raquel Kafentzis, DDS, was so caring, thorough, walked me and my son through the whole process, made sure he was comfortable with the sensitivity of every procedure he had done. They do not rush to get done, they all take their time with their patients and do not rush. Ive been going to Family First Dental with Dr. Olsen since I was 8yrs old and now my family goes to them. Highly recommend Family First Dental.

Davenport Dental - Kennewick BunCatAl: Davenport and his team are amazing. I was given the runaround by so many dentists in the area that wanted to refer me away for my wisdom teeth. They kept giving me long wait times, then wanted to charge for exams just to tell me they wont do anything about the problem, wasting my time and getting as much money from me as they could. When the situationed worsened, Davenport Dental got me in that day and took care of the problem quickly and with so much kindness and compassion instead of the apathetic greed Id faced prior. They all know what theyre doing, are always happy to answer questions, were never condescending or rude, and checked in afterward to make sure everythings still okay. Ive never been to any medical facility with people that are so wonderful. They took my concerns seriously and never got annoyed with my questions. Going to a dentist is never fun, but youre in good hands if you choose Devenport Dental. Ive never been so impressed with a healthcare team in my life.

Three Rivers Dental - kennewick - Kennewick Jen Salois: Dr. Roach and his team are wonderful! My husband first went to him for a cracked tooth, they fit him in the very next day, even though we were not his patients yet. We had just moved here, about 5 years ago now. So the receptionist was amazing right away. Then Dr. Bart was very personable, but also a great dentist. His hygienist and techs are all very nice and top notch. Our family now goes to this great atmosphere. BTW, there is also great music playing. We are all glad we found a great dentist and staff to take care of us!!! Also he is a great guy out of the office going to Central America to take care of dentistry there. So yes, he is fluent in Spanish! Wow, I forgot the first time I went for my check up, I found out he went to school at Carroll College, where my daughter was a freshman. I was so pleased that he told me that, just because we talked about MT where I was born and raised. My daughter wasnt scared to see him, and he put her at ease talking about the wonderful professors at Carroll. But ultimately seeing him for his great dentistry.
Shannon Dental Health Center - Kennewick Noah Schultz-Rathbun: Waited 38 minutes for my 3 year olds appointment. No remorse from the office, just the suggestion that we reschedule if its inconvenient to wait in a waiting room all morning with a toddler. This after they canceled my wifes appointment and couldnt be bothered to tell us. The worst business etiquette I have ever seen. Will be finding a new dentist.
Clearwater Dental: Han, Rose, & Rhoten - Kennewick Brandon Ritchie: It is hard to say enough good things about this office and mostly about Dr. Lance Rhoten. Not only is he a great dentist but also speaks Spanish! The staff is great, the atmosphere is excellent and of course they give you a free toothbrush!
Candidly, I have been to a few really bad dentists in my life and happy to say, Dr. Rhoten is complete opposite of that. Strongly recommend him and his office!!
