The staff, upon greeting you as you walk in, to the financial advisor Lisa who understands procedures, costs, requirements along with front desk staff are knowledgeable with all procedures likewise. Our Dentist, Raquel Kafentzis, DDS, was so caring, thorough, walked me and my son through the whole process, made sure he was comfortable with the sensitivity of every procedure he had done. They do not rush to get done, they all take their time with their patients and do not rush. Ive been going to Family First Dental with Dr. Olsen since I was 8yrs old and now my family goes to them. Highly recommend Family First Dental.
