Kimberly Lantzy KimberlyL Usually really like this place, but sometimes when they are short handed the person helping doesnt do as good of a job on pedicure. Edit- will no longer go back after last manicure. Instead of soaking my my natural nails to remove the dip powder, she used an acrylic to get under and tore every nail off. All I wanted was a color change and shortened nails. What I was left with was a full set of long acrylics and bloody cuticles. The acrylics started to lift 2 weeks later.

Haley Friesen I love this place! Have tried a few others in the area and they never do as good of a job. They don’t rush unless it gets busy (I would too). Even when rushed, my nails still looked great!

Hailey Silva NEVER GO TO Ephrata Nails & Spa! EVER! I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 6pm tonight 1/5/25 just to redo colors on my full set of acrylics and toes I had gotten done two days prior at a different place. I called around 5:30 to see if they could fit me in a little earlier and she already started getting an attitude over the phone. She said “come back tomorrow” so I repeated that I already had an appointment for today. She said I’m running behind so I repeatedly asked about 6 being okay and she said yeah just sit in lobby. I show up on time and she was taking about me being a no show to another client when I was sitting right there waiting patiently and two girls walked in saying they had an appointment at the same time as me so she overbooked us. She told me it’s $60 while already filling my nails just for the gel colors to be redone on my toes and hands so of course I got a little upset and sighed a little but wasn’t mean just said okay yeah I’ll pay that.I paid $70 to get the acrylic two days prior. She asked cash or card and when I said card she was asking me for my id and putting up a camera. They never ask for id so when I asked what for she said always if over $50 when I’ve gone there more then 6 times and it’s always over $50 and never once was I asked for my id plus she was putting up a camera while asking me. When she was doing my finger nails she cut me twice and that’s not supposed to happen ever unless your rushing which she was doing. I told her they were cruise and engagement nails so to take her time and she was still rushing she barely put the top coat on and missed so many spots. There is still the color I had before showing all over my nails with the paint I got tonight. She gets to my toes and started stabbing me with the cuticle cutter so I told her it hurt and that I’m okay if she doesn’t use that and she said it’ll be okay and kept stabbing me with it she wasn’t even cutting anything off. She gets done painting the gel onto my toes and ripped the foam thing out from inbetween my toes like a bandaid. My toes are tiny and that also hurt. I get to the front to pay I asked if she still needed my id and she just goes “no no no” waves her hand then points to the signature line on the receipt so I put my hands up and just said “alrighty then”. She followed me to the door while kw as leaving and locked it behind me even tho she had two clients still in the building and she watched me walk to my car and get in out the window again while having clients! I get home and the toe paints already peeling off on top of everything I just went through the gel top coat on my fingers are barley covering so you can feel the drag marks. These people don’t realize that people get their nails done to feel better and to relax not to be treated like crap and charged out the butt for the littlest thing like just gel paint. People get their nails done even for vacations and special events. Doing someone’s nails means so much to the person and to get treated like that when these are my engagement nails is absolutely rediculous and I was straight faced not snooty just saying uh hu when she was getting upset with me so I wasn’t rude at all!

Lindsey Fuhrman Molly has done my sideburns and underarms and was my first sugaring experience. It is way easier than waxing and the healing process is a breeze. Molly is kind and understanding and easy to talk to, shes able to work efficiently while keeping up a conversation which is great distraction. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Rebecca Elliott Wonderful service, inexpensive, great haircuts. Only reason for 4 star is they could have wider barber chairs.

Jim Sircin I didn’t realize it was almost 3pm when I walked in, they close at 3pm on Saturdays but Cheryl was nice enough to cut my hair. The place is very clean and inviting and Cheryl is just the nicest lady. She did a great job cutting my hair, I have just found my new barber, she even cleaned my glasses which I’ve never had that happen before. Thanks Cheryl I will see you next time. Jim

Angela Burns I received a custom facial with massage. Allison was amazing. I was putty after the massage and my face felt brand new after the facial. Totally worth every penny!

Ivan navarro Slik Cutzz is one of the best barbershops I’ve been too, my son and I always have a great experience, I want to give Obie a huge shout out, I was very impressed with my haircut and I look forward to my next experience at Slik Cutzz.

Kami Williams The absolute best barbershop in town. My son went in not knowing what he really wanted.. they cut his hair and told us if he realized he didnt like it call them and theyd make it right. My son realized he didnt like it after going to school that day (got made fun of) so I called and they didnt even hesitate to get him back in a chair that night. Stayed opened late just for us. They listened and talked to my son to get him a cut hed feel good about. We left with my son feeling good about his hair and the confidence he has now is wonderful. Highly recommend giving this barbershop a try!!

Imelda Mariscal I went to get a haircut and when I got home I checked the back of my hair and it looked so bad, it was very uneven and even though I asked for the Butterfly cut she only cut off chunks and the reason I didnt notice is because she didnt even dry my hair to check, she just said it was ready and charged me to move on to someone else. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what I already paid for!

Brittany Driesen I’m not one to trust people with my hair but for some reason I trusted her! She’s absolutely amazing and would recommend anyone to her! Love my hair and I will be coming back:)

Melissa Vallejo I got Christine who was very nice but unfortunately I did not like the way she cut my hair. I have two front pieces of hair so like curtain bangs & they started growing out so I asked if she could trim them back down & she only trimmed what she could see. She didn’t bother parting it to make sure she got all my bangs in so when I got home I had to part it & cut what she missed myself. I get it, it was the end of the day but I still booked an appointment, not like I was a last minute walk in so I still expected her best. I had also asked for a V cut, even provided her with pictures on how I wanted it, complained to her how other salons keep making it too round for my liking & if she could make it sharp. So obviously at the end she asked if it looked good & in the mirror my hair being wet, straight, & nicely put together it looked fine but when I got home it was a U cut. It looked more rounder than what I originally had. I know it’s not much of a big deal & can be brushed off but for this being my 3rd salon & still not getting what I wanted actually mad me so upset I wanted to cry & I was so excited in hopes that this salon might get it right this time. At this point I should’ve just told her to cut it straight because it’s no where near a v cut. Also this haircut was $35 (I also got my hair shampooed so not sure if this added to the price) so not only was it my most expensive haircut…it was my worst one yet. She’s a very kind person I feel bad even writing this review but I’m just not happy with this cut. I even asked other people how did it looked because maybe it’s just me but I got a lot of “it looks choppy” & “it’s definitely a U cut”

David Buchmann I always have Jennifer do my hair, and she always does a great job, shes always very friendly, and professional. I also take my brother there, and Jen cuts his hair as well. So two five star reviews from us. I recommend her to everyone. Great job Jen!!!

E M New in town, first time to this salon. Saw Courtney and she did a great color and cut. Very happy with the results and I received a lot of complements. Shes a nice person and I will be back!

Seth Elliott This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I told Courtney how I wanted it and showed her a picture however. She must not be the brightest because she did the opposite of what I wanted. Bring a picture of what u want. However they won’t do what you want on the picture.

Rhonda Thornton Love Courtney! She listens to what I’m looking for and makes it happen. Does a great job on both the cut and color and I’m really picky. Strongly recommend.

Shauna Quintero Adrian was astounding! I brought in my two young boys for haircuts this afternoon and Adrian was patient, kind and efficient with both of them. My youngest has sensory processing disorders and screamed the entire time, but Adrian maintained a professional and fun attitude and made my kids as comfortable as possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Kyle Zeigler Adrian is the best barber Ive been to in Ephrata since Russ Sage passed away. His prices are reasonable, hes fast, and one of the nicest guys youll meet. Id recommend him to any man searching for a good barber. He cuts kids hair too. A total professional.

Captain Cosmos The people really know what they are doing, I only go to Adrian to get my hair cut now, nowhere else! Staff is great with conversations, very understanding if you have to push an appointment, too.

Patty Gunselman Michelle is the best stylist I have ever cut my hair. Ive been having her cut my hair for years. She listens and always does exactly what I ask for. Shes great at coloring also, absolutely amazing.

Lori Heigert Daidree has been cutting my hair and my childrens hair for over 10+ years. I keep going back because she does a great job, and stands by her work. My son is getting married and travel a great distance to have Daidree cut his hair and beard because he trusts her to do an amazing job.

Melissa Kightlinger I have not yet found a place in this town that I didnt have to give every little detail to and with a good cut till I brought my kids here. Roberta Stark I went there for hair cut super cute place and very friendly people. I told her I like to donate my hair and asked if they did that she told me no which is fine I could do it. I showed her the picture of what hair cut I would like she glanced at it. she started cutting and there went my hair on the ground and eventually in a vacuum so couldnt donate it :( .we had good conversation it was relaxing. she finished it looked cute I paid and left as the day went I noticed it was very uneven on one side so I went back and she got me right in and try to fix it. like I said very nice lady but I will not be going back.

PRM DSM Hannah has been my stylist for awhile, I drove from Wenatchee to have her do my hair...shes that great.

Tonya Helvey Worst root touch up Ive ever received and worst haircut got me and my daughter. I do NOT recommend at all. I even went back to have everything curves and it was a complete fail.

Ariana Martinez I have been coming to Bridgette since I was 15 - not only is she the best at what she does but she is an amazing person overall. She is so full of knowledge and you can always beat that she is giving you her best and the very best. She has always had a drive to keep learning and mastering new techniques.
