Kimberly Lantzy KimberlyL: Usually really like this place, but sometimes when they are short handed the person helping doesnt do as good of a job on pedicure.
Edit- will no longer go back after last manicure. Instead of soaking my my natural nails to remove the dip powder, she used an acrylic to get under and tore every nail off. All I wanted was a color change and shortened nails. What I was left with was a full set of long acrylics and bloody cuticles. The acrylics started to lift 2 weeks later.
Amanda Wocicki: Russelyn has done my hair for years! I will not go anywhere else. I don’t trust a lot of people with my hair and she is one that does a great job every time. I know that I will always love my hair and be happy every time I leave.
Jordan Garcia: 10/10 recommend MK Hair Studio. I loved the atmosphere! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the salon was relaxing and immaculate. My hairstylist, Ashlee, was perfect. She did exactly what I asked for and made it look even better. Only salon I go to in Moses Lake!
Jessenia Renteria: I had the best experience! I was referred to Dana from a friend. She was so sweet, very welcoming and is highly talented! She honestly asked great questions and did exactly what I wanted. Her knowledge in services, hair product and just daily use is commendable. The salon is so cute and professional. I would 100% recommend this place & Dana. Loved that they had redbull drinks or other soft drinks for customers.
I felt like it was all about me. Got a mini hair shampoo massage and she took her time with styling my hair. I love it!!
Carley Burkinshaw: Only giving 3 stars because when making the appointment as a new client we were not told that the stylist was just out of school. We still went through with the appointment and are satisfied with the results but were there for 4 hours for a highlight. The salon is very professional and the new graduate does work next to the owner so she is supervised. But since we were coming from Othello if I knew we would be there for 4 hours I would have scheduled for a different time (not 4:00). And I would have let them know how long my daughter’s hair was (middle of her back) which could have changed the appointment availability as well. I was just shocked after having my hair highlighted for over 30 years and never being in a chair for more than 2 hrs start to finish. My only suggestion would be, that while the stylist needs to learn, she needs to work on her technique to lay foils faster (underneath was developing before she was done with too) or she needs to have help (2 doing the foils) or someone willing to jump in a take over to get the process going faster. We will be back regardless as this salon was great but do ask more questions when scheduling if you’re a new client. And we will use the new stylist again as she did a great job but we will plan accordingly with time next time.
