5 /5 Jessenia Renteria: I had the best experience! I was referred to Dana from a friend. She was so sweet, very welcoming and is highly talented! She honestly asked great questions and did exactly what I wanted. Her knowledge in services, hair product and just daily use is commendable. The salon is so cute and professional. I would 100% recommend this place & Dana. Loved that they had redbull drinks or other soft drinks for customers. I felt like it was all about me. Got a mini hair shampoo massage and she took her time with styling my hair. I love it!!

Love that it’s a full service salon and the gals always make you feel right at home, including my kids. I trust roots to always bring to life what I envision. I usually see Dana but all the stylists there are great!

They made me feel like I had been a customer at their salon for years and not like I was just a first time customer. They also were even kind enough to help me decide the best placement for the piercing. Highly recommend!
