Katie Iacolucci Booked a last minute appointment on the spur of the moment with Taylor. I haven’t had luck with stylists in the past as they usually would tone my hair ashy or not give me the dimension and contrast I wanted in my hair. Taylor did my hair yesterday and it came out perfect! Definitely my new hair lady from now on, very personable and can see the vision.

Briana I had a fantastic experience getting my haircut and eyebrows waxed and tinted! Nicole is incredibly talented at matching haircuts to face shapes—she gave me a cut that complements my features perfectly, and I absolutely love it. Lindsay was a joy to talk to and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Jocelyn Hafner Kristen is absolutely amazing! She was so fun to sit with and she did an absolutely incredible job on my hair! I asked for something out of the norm and she delivered on it 110%! She is so kind, communicative, and all around was wonderful! I will continue to go back to her each and every time! She has done wonders for my hair and I feel like a brand new person! Thank you so much!!

bre friends Nichole has been doing my hair for years. I am always happy with how great my hair turns out! She is so kind and always attentive to the style I am wanting to go with. Highly recommend her for blonde highlights and haircut!

Ashley Naccarato Never have I ever had a hair stylist that I trust so much! Every time I go in, I’m always blown away at my result. It’s exactly/ if not, better than I was picturing! Brittney is so talented, professional and a great person all around. Nichole is amazing as well! She turned my dull hair into beautiful highlights better than I could describe I wanted! Everyone there is extremely talented and I love seeing the before and afters of other clients as I’m getting my hair done. I’m always getting compliments on my hair and I always refer them here. You won’t be disappointed!

Christine Allen We moved to Washington 8 years ago and were lucky enough to be recommended Highlights Salon and Spa as a new place to get my hair done. Every single time I leave I am beyond thrilled with how my hair looks. These stylists do amazing work! I get my hair done every 7-8 weeks and will not go anywhere else (not even for vivid colors or big change-ups) because I completely trust these ladies to take care of me. I travel from out of town and sometimes my teenage daughter gets her hair done with me. I 100% recommend this place! We LOVE them!!

Matt Gardner Showed up to buy a gift certificate for a Xmas gift. There were three stylists working on customers. We walked up to the front desk thinking one of them would ask us if we needed help or say just a minute. We stood there for 15 minutes and not one of them acknowledged us. I will never go back and will get my gift card elsewhere. Not good for small business Saturday!

Bryan Sasse Terra has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I can honestly say Ive never been disappointed! Ive even branched out and got it SUPER short!! She did an amazing job every. single. time. The whole staff at Studio One has always been welcoming, the place is clean and they always give me tips on where to park for free or best meter rate :) you cant go wrong here!

Alexandra Brown This has to be one of my best salon experiences I have ever had. I called because I wanted to cut off over a foot of my long curly hair and wanted it a lob style to my shoulders. First off, they were wonderful and informative over the phone. I ended up getting an appointment with Teri. She is absolutely amazing. Not only was she informative on practical at home styling tips, but she did a wonderful job with my hair. Going from super long hair to shoulder length is a huge change and she was sweet and knew her stuff! I left very happy with the cut and the service! 100% would recommend!

callista west I have been getting my hair done with Haley for years and she is amazing! The experience all around has been great! She always has an amazing attitude and makes a connection with her clients. I love my hair every time I leave! I will be going to her for all my hair needs.

marina lopez I don’t usually write reviews but unfortunately I did not have an exceptional visit. First, the ladies in the salon were talking very disrespectfully about other women. Not appropriate especially while clients are in for an appointment. Second, I got my hair done by Hailey and she did not do what I asked. I showed her pictures and told her exactly what I wanted. I empathized on how I wanted to keep my ends bleached (as they were when I arrived), also more bleach on face framing strands, and my roots darker to cancel out the brass. After she toned it, it came out one light brown color. Zero blonde. I was told it will wash out but my blonde is nowhere to be seen. My hair did not turn out the way I explained, even with the pictures I showed her. I did not feel heard, this isn’t what I paid for. Lisa Claus This salon is great, I see Haley and just love her, she always makes me feel so special and pretty . My hair always comes out the way I want , even when I tell her to work her magic and do what she wants. The salon is clean and always a bunch of nice ladies in.

Annamarie Olgin I been living in Spokane for 2 years now and finally found a good salon that I’m happy with! I recently just got my hair done by Elise and she did not disappoint! I have long hair and I had messed it up by doing a big no-no at home hair color (red) and needed to get it fixed asap! She was so patient and understanding and gave me a visual of the possible end results. I loved that she listened, walked me through the process and gave me her honest opinion. She was very down to earth and genuine which made it a great experience. Elise really saved my hair so I definitely will be going back for my color maintenance.

Jen Coger I took my daughter here for a back to school cut and color. We booked with Maddie and she did not disappoint. She is an absolute joy to speak with and did an outstanding job! We will definitely be coming back!

Lindsie Kassimatis I go to see Elise whenever I need a haircut and they are always so wonderful. They always make what I want happen, and always do a great job. Highly recommended for both hair color jobs and haircuts.

Kennedy Collins I absolutely adore Kim! She’s incredibly thorough and an excellent hair specialist. My hair has never been so well taken care of! I appreciate her advice and expertise, I can’t recommend her enough. The salon was clean and well kept plus the staff were super friendly. The Studio is a wonderful place for all of your hair, nail, and lashes needs!

Brianna Hills Rachael is not only one of the most amazing human beings you’ll meet but she does such a fantastic job on make up and eyelashes! I’ve been seeing her for my eyelashes for a while now, but she also did my wedding make up and it turned out absolutely stunning. If you want the best eyelashes and constant compliments, then you need to see her!

Kristin Kimball CAUTION!! Get your hair done at Roots salon at your own risk!! I attempted to get my hair cut and colored a couple weeks ago by Thom Costello. Thom and I spoke at length about my cut and color before he started. For 3 hours he “worked”on my hair and then told me what I owed him. Surprised I said, aren’t you going to use foils to color my hair? His reply, “Oh foils are so expensive. I just gave you a reset this time. Let’s do your color next time”. Since we were already 3 hours into this appointment I agreed to this odd request. Turns out Thom isn’t physically able to do hair anymore. He barely trimmed my ends, didn’t layer it at all by his own admission, and didn’t color it. He suddenly retired a couple days after he left my hair uncompleted and he refuses to refund my money. I spoke to the owner of the salon whose only reaction was pity for Thom and his troubles and anger and aggression when I requested my money back. He said, “Just take the hit. Maybe one of my girls can get you on their schedule to fix your cut”. Aggressive and sexist in the same sentence. What an interesting approach to this situation. He apparently misses the point that Thom was fraudently representing himself as a capable hair stylist while working in his salon and actively booking appointments while he was unable to hold a pair of scissors, and charging more than $200 for his “services”. By the way, Thom still has an active online booking calendar.

Cooney Family Danielle does an incredible job with blonde hair! She enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. If you are looking for a blonde specialist, I recommend her!

Selene Mende Lex does my hair here she is amazing! Her skills are beyond any other stylist and her quality of work exceeds your expectations. Lex is hands down the best!

Donna Schott Katya put tinsel in my and my sister’s hair…not only was she amazing at applying the tinsel, she’s an AMAZING HUMAN BEING! I loved my visit❤️

Christine Jensen If I could give this salon ten stars then I would! Tria did an amazing job fixing my hair exactly how I wanted it to look and took extra special care of me while I was there. I wish I had found her and this salon a year ago and saved myself many headaches. I noted one review said this is a family salon and they are absolutely correct, you feel right at home there and can laugh with others easily. Thank you Tria for a job well done and for making me feel pretty again, I really needed that!

Madison Stephens Lisa is an amazing hair stylist! She has done my hair for both proms and I reccommend her for anyone with insanely thick hair like me. Ive never had such a fun hair stylist that also does amazing with my hair!

Megan Harrison Susana was just amazing! She listened to me and gave me the best curly cut I have ever had! I will definitely be going back!

Maria C. I got a haircut with Susana and she did a great job with my curly hair. I came in with long hair and wanted to keep a medium length. We agreed on how short to cut and layers and I got exactly what I needed- a beautiful haircut that will last me some time. Susana was kind enough to walk me through how she diffuses too and achieved a style with minimal products. My hair feels so healthy! 11/10 worth seeing Susana!

E Collins I scheduled a curly haircut with Abbey, nothing but professionalism and was so knowledgeable when it comes to cutting curly hair. Most hairdressers in Spokane, are not knowledgeable, unfamiliar or intimidated when it comes to cutting and styling curly hair. Not Abbey! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my curls.

Beverly Hilsabeck I’ve been going to Salon Dolce for years now and so has my mom! I always love my hair and they do a beautiful job! I have so much trust in them and the staff is amazing too. Highly recommend going here.

Dorlene Cross What a great find!! I was looking for a Deva curl trained stylist and they lost theirs recently but I still booked with the owner and she did a fabulous job with my thick, very curly hair. I loved the feel of the salon and everyone there was incredibly kind and sweet. This is just the place I want to go and spend time! I walked out and went shopping and received compliments on my hair right away. Awesome and it will be my regular spot from now on. Thanks Salon Dolce!

Sonia Mendoza I highly recommend this Salon, the best hours to be open and open Saturday. The owner is so kind and wonderful. Megan cut my hair and she did phenomenal I am so happy with it. She got me in and out in 45 minutes which is perfect for my busy schedule. Esthetically it’s beautiful inside, and they do not make it smell like products which I love because I get headaches with strong odors or perfume. I will be back with myself and my family.

Ericka Hills Brought my fiancé to Tease for his wedding haircut and I am beyond pleased. Nina was exceptionally kind and so helpful. She spent a good 10 minutes consulting with us making sure we all were on the same page and she UNDERSTOOD the assignment! Nina crushed it. She is so incredibly talented and so funny. Abby Nisbet I get my lashes done with Alexis, one of their estheticians and Kleur will always be one of my fave spots to visit! So cute and welcoming. The girls always say hi and are so kind to my kiddos. Alexis always goes above and beyond with her lash services and makes a comfortable environment for this mama to chill for 20 minutes. Haley the owner is fabulous and has created such a lovely and clean space to feel fresh and new. Would highly recommend any of the girls for extensions, lived in beautiful color, or brow/lash/facial treatments!

Alison Ruygrok Hailey colored my hair for my wedding and it exceeded all of my expectations! She is so talented and a very nice person to chat with! The atmosphere is so cozy, warm, and inviting. Highly recommend this salon! Whitney did my hair for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids! I showed her an inspiration pic and she not only created the exact hair, but I even loved my hair more than the picture I showed her! Judy This has to be the best hair salon in WA. Its in a nice old home, like the 1800s, and its decorated with a lot of beautiful plants, & interesting decor, Its very inviting. All the ladies Ive met are fantastic & make you feel at home. I had the pleasure of being a client to Niki, who is absolutely incredible with hair. She listens to you about your hair & will help you with advice if needed. Niki makes sure you are happy with your hair before sending you on your way. Im so happy with Niki, that Ill be a client for life. Attttttttt.
