5 /5 Kennedy Collins: I absolutely adore Kim! She’s incredibly thorough and an excellent hair specialist. My hair has never been so well taken care of! I appreciate her advice and expertise, I can’t recommend her enough. The salon was clean and well kept plus the staff were super friendly. The Studio is a wonderful place for all of your hair, nail, and lashes needs!

5 /5 Brianna Hills: Rachael is not only one of the most amazing human beings you’ll meet but she does such a fantastic job on make up and eyelashes! I’ve been seeing her for my eyelashes for a while now, but she also did my wedding make up and it turned out absolutely stunning. If you want the best eyelashes and constant compliments, then you need to see her!

1 /5 Kayla Duford: I initially chose this salon because of the positive reviews and the inlander best salon in Spokane recognition. I had a positive experience while at the salon and had an enjoyable time with my stylist. When I got home and styled my own hair, I realized the cut was not right and looked very off. I then reached out to the owner of the salon via Instagram to see if this could be fixed by another stylist at the salon. She informed me there is nothing she can do unless I want to pay full again and I need to reach out to the original stylist who cut my hair instead. I did not feel comfortable returning to the original stylist to fix my hair. The original stylist did text me and was upset with me for going above her head to the salon owner. I sent her pictures of my hair and explained why I was not happy with the cut. She did offer after that to fix it. However I did not feel comfortable returning after these interactions. So unfortunately I spent $70 for this haircut and will now be paying full price again elsewhere to have it fixed.
