rozz481 Just had my hair done by Jordan today. Absolutely amazing. Love the foil she did. Color is 100%. She was very focused on what I was asking for and her attention to detail and my ask, even though I had a hard time articulating, was 100% on point. Thanks Jordan!

Terry Mott Kelsey is magical and has helped me over the last three years. Change my hair from dark black to red to now blonde. We’ve been on a journey of growing it out from an a line to adding layers and ensuring that my hair is healthy. I would trust no one else with my hair. She’s the best.

MexicanFlower77 Everytime I come here, it’s with a new stylist. Nobody knows what my appointment is for. There was no customer service to answer the phones. I was offered nothing to drink for the 2 and a half hours I was there but saw other customers being offered something. My stylist had a frown on her face the entire time she colored my hair. She seemed annoyed that I was there. I tipped but didn’t feel it was necessary. I will be going to a different salon next time. One with stylists who aren’t working with a scowl for hours on end

nancy gregor I came in for cut and full highlights with Lillie on Thursday, 2/13 @230pm. Normally, I wont write a review if the issue is resolved on the spot. However, upon completing the service, I mentioned that there are patches on the front. She then, remix a toner for the 2nd time since the first did not turn out well. After processing the 2nd time, I have already been in the salon for about 4.5hrs which does not make sense bacuse all I had was highlights. Still, I was very patient because I want my hair to be right. It was still patchy. She then moved on to cutting my hair layered, I am not sure if she has enough training on how to layer but my hair is definitely not layered. The cut is unevern. Now, Im just tired. Payment time, I was also charged another toner, I asked what it was for and she said "it was the 2nd toner". At this point, I just want to get home and see what kind of damage she just did on my hair. The highlights are uneven, there are parts that you can obviously see the lines where it becomes obvious that its not done properly, the cut; I might as well have cut my own hair. Its uneven and Im gonna have to go to another salon to get this fixed. I spent over $250 dollars just for someone to damage it. I definitely think that she need more training or maybe have someone else to actually be there during her work to check if shes doing it correctly. Would I come back, not anytime soon or to Lillie.
