4 /5 Erin Wood: The salon is clean and well-stocked. The staff are friendly and pleasant. My appointment was for a vivids color and a pretty radical haircut and while the color didnt turn out exactly as we originally planned it is well within my expectations. The cut was not quite what I was going for as they took a lot more off than I was really thinking but in the end it doesnt really matter. The only issue I really had was lack of efficiency as I was there for over 3 hours and we could have been finished in a little over two. Otherwise this was a just fine experience.

5 /5 Kyra Janousek: Go see Jessica!! She is hands down the best hair stylist Ive ever been to! She practically went through my hair strand by strand before even starting the cut and color. I showed her a picture of the look I wanted, and she achieved that look with PERFECTION!! I was getting quite a bit cut off, and it was a completely different look for me. Jessica studied the picture, then back to my hair for over half an hour meticulously, making sure my face was the right frame for the cut. I have truly never had such a professional cut, with so much attention to detail! I know for a fact Ive never loved a style this much, and Jessica made that happen!! Thank you so much, Jessica!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been seeing Jessica there for over 5 years now and she always delivers! Although I only go there for her, all of the other staff seem to be very friendly & great at what they do as well! Highly recommend.

Garcia Garcia: Left feeling scammed and disappointed. I came to this salon because of the online coupon but I was denied from using it because the stylist named Jenn cannot personally accept it. I have to mention that I didn’t get the chance to tell her I had one but because she saw me getting my phone ready rushed to tell me I couldn’t use any coupon due to her status. The coupon is “20% off w/ designer or senior designer” and apparently is a specialty stylist of some sort NOWHERE ONLINE SAYS SHE IS ANY KIND OF SPECIAL STYLIST EITHER. I was very caught off guard she had to repeat herself. So I wasn’t aware of any terms like this and this was the reason I came here, I explained this to her. She offered to get the manger to see if they could accommodate me, and here she comes 4 seconds after not even around the corner yet just blurting out how she can’t accept me either. I honestly feel it wasn’t only that they couldn’t accept it but more so Jenn wasn’t happy I wanted to use the coupon (she made it very obvious in her tone and expression) so the manger took her side because of it. I could get over the coupon but not the way I was being treated over it. No sympathy for the misunderstanding, no real apology. The manager wasn’t afraid showing she doesn’t care about a customer experience already with the way she approaches people. When I tried to express my disappointment and feeling of disrespect this manager was whipping a bag to reline a garbage. This is who runs your business?? You aren’t too worried about building clientele if that’s how you handle things. Big shame on the salon end of JC penny. The blonde manager there (if there’s more than one) AND Jenn are extremely unprofessional and absolutely do not care to be. beware.

So how about some eyelashes, that’s a good idea, right.i don’t have many and they are short. Natalie, my technician was right on time, meeting me with a warm smile. Okay, feeling more confident now.I complimented her eyelashes and told her I didn’t want that look, to much for me. She listened to what I wanted and holy smoke did she deliver! When she was finished and handed me the mirror to see if I liked them. AMAZING about covers it. Any opportunity I had to see a reflection of my new lashes, I took it. I’ve already made my second appointment. (Just call them if your technical skills are like mine.) More expensive than the five or more tubes of mascara I’ve purchased that only made my eyelashes look like a toddler put it on me., and I’m worth it.
