Marla Macleod Very uplifting dental office team. This team is prompt, professional and thorough. The dentist was very informative and gave all options for my individual case and care. Assistant was also competent and knowledgeable about her job and the team together made me comfortable in my visit. I also was able to get my cleaning done at my first pt intake appointment, because they had time. Thank you Dr. Clifton and Mandy.

Peter Berkey I am very happy with the visit I had here. The staff is very professional and the facility is very modern and clean. Im changing my review as I have had some disappointing results. Ive had some extensive dental work done by this place. Theres several reasons I removed the stars. First is because they added procedures to the treatment plan that were not brought to my attention. I later learned they were not even necessary. Second, they never explained the differences in crown material and giving me the choice. Third, they told me that the dentists in Mexico were all uneducated and incompetent. This is not true. It has caused me to not trust anything they say. Furthermore, the prices this place charges lead me to believe they are a scam. I received several treatments that were supposed to be covered under my insurance. However I received a bill for over $700 without explanation until I called them. She said there was a mistake in her math and that insurance would not pay for everything. She never showed me what happened. Needless to say, Ill never be back.

Autumn Davison The server was very friendly and professional with knowledge of the menu and food they were serving. Noe the food itself was so good! Best Rueben we’ve had yet and we try it at every restaurant we go to. The chicken sandwich with coleslaw was good as well.

Windermere Accounting Dr. Ashley and her staff were wonderful in caring for our very sick dog, Berkeley. We werent sure she would survive her infection, and Dr. Ashley came in on weekends to allow us to visit her, and the care they provided was wonderful. She pulled through and we are so happy to have her back home. Multiple calls from Dr. Ashley and her office after we were home, checking how she was doing, were above and beyond and show true care in her patients!

James Moore I have had friends drive right by Skyline with their intestins spilling out to get actual care in Hood River. This hospital has been appalling for years and if you ask around enough you will hear horror story’s. The last time I went in (2/25), I had been experiencing daily chest pain, with a long family history of high blood pressure. They did a EKG and told me to come back in a month or two if the pain still consisted. I then went to a different hospital who actually looked at me and found a blood clot in my lung. I feel like I owe it to my community to write this review and stay the hell away. Coming from one one who lives an 1/8 mile from Skyline and when I moved here years ago deeply appreciated that convenience. Don’t listen to the billboards, shameful

Gary Michaelson I use hearing aids and my ears were plugged with ear wax and Iwasgettingfeedback. I called Northshore and was able to get an appointment the same day. Which was great everything went great when I got there and Dr. Samaul was great. This is the first time I have met him.

Joan I couldnt have ever asked for a wonderful caring Doctor as Anna Kate Bires. I am very sad that she is moving back to the East coast but she has been so thorough with my care. She has already spoken to the new Dr taking her place about my health and also my special needs daughter. This little clinic gives wonderful care.

I’ve been waiting on a prior authorization for my medicine that my doctor prescribed me and it’s been a night mare trying to get my medicine due to miss communication with my insurance and this office So I called the white salmon office today 11/05/2024 and was explaining my self And I was told to SHUT UP AND LET HER TALK THINGS WILL GO FASTER IF SHE COULD TALK So I stayed as quiet as a church mouse Then I apologize for me talking to much then she said WHATEVER and hung up on me I’m trying to get better and go back to work the last thing I needed is to be BULLIED BY THE FRONT DESK.. I called a supervisor and I’m waiting for a call back But this was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced at north shore medical group This all over a Prior Authorization for medication That the paper work keeps getting BOTCHED for my medicine so I can Get better This is ridiculous I have to even write all this The Doctors are great at this establishment The Front desk People need to be Nicer and more caring to people needs on the phone
