Zule These doctors are incredibly incompetent and need better education. I am someone who rarely goes to the doctor for anything minor, getting check is usually my last resort and usually when an injury is so bad to the point where I have no other choice. Every single time I check in they wouldn’t let me speak and would immediately blame the reason I’m there for my anxiety or my stress without further examination. Recently I went in for a paralyzing headache I’ve been having within the last view months. The first time I went in they asked me to keep a headache log for our next appointment. The next appointment was no help at all, my doctor just took a look at my headache log and told me I needed more rest and I needed to take it easy with my work load. I did just that but I still get these headaches that leave me bedridden. I also scheduled an appointment for my lungs because a week before i had been in the ER due to heavy wheezing out of no where. The doctor only checked my lungs for a few minutes and immediately started asking questions about my mental health and my workload. She made me take a questionnaire which was filled with questions related to anxiety. After I was done and she saw my answers she quickly said it was because of my high anxiety she suggested to “take it easy”. Still to this day I have pretty bad wheezing. I’d like to mention that I see a therapist quite regularly regarding my anxiety which has not cause this many issues in several years. I am so sick and tired of these doctors blaming everything on my mental health, when it’s clearly not.

Sydney I recently visited Tri City Treatment Center with high hopes, but my experience left much to be desired. Despite the promising facade of the office and the well-ordered waiting room, the service provided fell flat on several crucial fronts.
First off, the wait times are extraordinarily long—I had to wait more than a year just to try to schedule a basic dental cleaning. I understand that quality care takes time, but years? That made me feel more like a number in a queue than a patient receiving the individual attention everyone deserves. I never got a cleaning despite being on the waitlist for 3 years.
When I finally got in for my appointment, I had a series of cavities filled. Unfortunately, the quality of the work didn’t match up to my expectations. The fillings seemed rushed, and the discomfort I experienced after the procedure suggested corners might have been cut. I’ve had dental work before, so I know what to expect, but this was not done with the care and precision I would deem necessary. They also seem to have a high turn over for dentists. I never saw the same dentist once in the three years I was a patient there.
From delays to inconsistent quality, my visit to Tri City Treatment Center was far from the smooth, professional experience one hopes for in a dental office. While it seems they handle a large volume of patients, that quantity shouldn’t compromise quality. I truly wish I could provide a better review, but based on my experience, I cant recommend them without substantial reservations. Trying a different dental practice might be the best course of action for anyone seeking reliable, timely care. I was forced to find another dentist who was able to get me in for a cleaning the next day. I don’t know why I waited so long!
