Shelby Rodelas-kent Leila did such a fantastic job on my makeup and lashes. She was attentive, professional and made the experience so comfortable for me. Lorena transformed my hair while Leila was at it! I felt like a queen by the time I left! Not to mention the fantastic, authentic, hand-made hoop earrings I was able to purchase there too! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Such an "at home" feeling at this Salon. This was just what I needed.

laura george Lorena has always done my hair! I will not go to anyone else. She really goes out of her way to make her clients happy. She has given me good advice on how to take care of my hair. She also does both of my daughters hair and my sons. And hes 2 and hes really comfortable with her cutting his hair the first time she cut his hair she really made him comfortable and was really patient with him. I recommend her to all my friends. She amazing at her job and Really passionate about what she does :)

Elyzabeth Sandre Had an eyelash appointment with Lorena today and when I arrived there were a few issues. The bed they had me lay on was dirty, the lady didnt wash her hand, she didnt clean my lashes and then the girl starts doing my lashes. I stopped her as it was not Lorena doing my lashes. I stopped service 5 minutes in and addressed my concerns. Turns out she double booked herself and was having an apprentice do my lashes. I was not going to pay $200 for an apprentice to do lashes. They then charged me a cancelation fee of $100 when the website says $75. They told me they would apply it to another service. I paid it and then told her I should not have to pay and wanted a refund as she double booked and was not available to provide the me with the service I booked. She refused but will send me only $25 but is keeping 75.This was not ethical.
