Unfortunately, Rich died on October 5, 2019 from complications of HIV. Dr.C was the best and was so supportive!! Thank you Dr C for all you did to help us. YOU ARE THE BEST!! Phil Muthersbaugh My contact and treatment at Kadlec Pulmonology Clinic under the care of Dr Naveen Rawat, MD has been outstanding. The office staff are personable and professional, eager to be of assistance. Dr Rawat and his team have developed a reputation among the nursing staff as outstanding to work with. Dr Rawat is very knowledgable and easy to converse with. I found my entire experience at the clinic to be safe, effective and thorough.

The last delivery person, Heather, was one of the few delivery people who read the sign on our door saying where to leave the delivery and also called in advance to make sure someone was here. He not only diagnosed my eye issue but also provided some insights on other issues, that I appreciate. He is kind and caring that he was willing to offer a refill so that if a similar issue occurred to any other family member, we could save a trip. I extend my gratitude to this facility and the doctor for serving the community with pure heart and joy.

Hava Kare I like Dr Cayetano, who is personable and seems pretty sharp, but I dont get timely call-backs from her medical assistant. He seems rather lackadaisical about patients.

atiragram mai I visit the office in Yakima, WA (which is also great), but I have spoken with Janelle in billing (Richland office) a couple of times. She is an excellent listener and problem solver. I have full confidence in her desire to help others and her ability to do so. She’s a lovely person to work with.

Hardy Tim I scheduled an appointment 5 months in advance. About a week later I received an automated message telling me that my appointment was canceled and that I need to contact the office to reschedule. I did not call to reschedule and they continue to send me automated texts and phone calls. Enough already! If you cant be bothered to pick up the phone and call your clients or potential clients then you will not be receiving my business.

Adam Wade Ive lived in this area on and off my whole life. The last two years have been absolutely abysmal. I dont expect alot considering my complex health situation and this bein rural and all....honestly i need specialists that medicaid wont cover....but anywhoo this place has alot of issues but it comes down to: 1. Administration. Owners are very very profit focused. Surprise! They cant seem to keep good doctors or other certified staff around very long (i figured base pay is the nearest lowest in the state for a small hospital when running some data) its really sad. 2. Billing dept is borderline criminal and as another reviewer pointed out 1000% incompetent. 3. Poor doctors. There a few good ones here - obviously - but do they have any availability? um if u have medicaid/care probably not. If it was up to the owner he would only accept private insurance or full payment only. Thats a no brainer. It really boils down to then 1 common denominator thats a plague to the entire industry: Greed. Sidenote: interesting how it seems this hospital actually has a not-for-profit tax status while the associated clinics are for profit owned by the same dude you tell me how that works. Oh yeah its Wisconsin, Hospital owners are all gods here. If u know u know.

Eddy Hernandez I called to asked for options on how to pay my bill and I was told I had to pay all my bill at once or give them my tax return and I refused and the hang up on me and told me it was gonna go to collection they never even tried to help me with payment options! Please stay away from this hospital do yourself a favor!! DONT DO IT.

Silvia Valdez This was the second urgent care I went to that evening (as the first one said they didn’t take walk-in’s) & the PA immediately was able to treat my injury after accessing it in the lobby before taking me to an examination room. They explained what the procedure would be and took care of it within 30 minutes from when I walked through the door. I’m very grateful for the team at Express because it saved me a very expensive ER trip.

Charles Berger Made an appointment for 0800 when they are supposed to be open. Got there and waited for 30 minutes. No one was at the location. Called the service number and they attempted to get a hold of the location without success. Worst customer service I have seen.

Russell Wood Excellent at the old hospital ER it was always quick and efficient everyone was awesome to deal with At the new ER it is the same. It was a long night and day due to the individual I brought in and the symptoms. The ER simply handled so well. After they stabilized the patient I was asked back to the room and those nurses are nothing short of amazing how much work they put in to care for patients. There demeanor and attitude was professional and awesome all the way around as well as the doctor on call there. Could not ask for anymore . And again those nurses are amazing doing their job the way they do.

Juanita Marsh Had a appointment today vascular department today not really impressed with them. My boyfriend primary sent a referral for him to vein specialist and got there todays appointment and they didnt even have his medical records really dont understand why they made the appointment without records not impressed at all and not only that we didnt see the doctor but his/or her pa-c saw us. Felt like vascular team should of at least contacted his primary beforehand for records

Stourmy McPhearson Saw Dr. Lee about the chronic edema in my legs, feet and hands, and before I could tell him that I have had problems with it since childhood, he told me it is most likely caused by obesity and the there is nothing he can do for me. He didnt even ask any questions, just told me to loose weight and the edema will go away.

Brian Evans Great care and service from the staff of Dr. Mathew Lawrence. I needed direction on how to administer a syringe type medication, the receptionist, Margo and Jerry all provided the necessary time and instructions. Very nice to be able to count on medical professionals at Kadlec and 3 Rivers Medical group.

I am a new patient and waited 8 months for an appointment, they left a message on my phone to indicate a verbal confirmation was needed for new patients, I called back to confirm and when I showed up for my appointment they said there was no recording of that. See my photo attached, they have rescheduled my appointment for 7 months away, I have prescriptions that need to be refilled and I guess I will have to go to the ER for this, what a system we live in today, why have a PCP just go to the ER
