Dene Dell Rhoten I have been seeing Dr. Ruzika for several years now. My favorite part about him is that he listens. He listens to my concerns, im never rushed, he is extremely knowledgeable, and their team responds to my messages theough mykchart within 48 hours.

Brandy W I absolutely LOVE my doctor. Dr. Grothaus is amazing. I moved here 7 years ago and have been with him 6 years. He is the type of doctor if you express your concerns, he is about making sure we get results. He has never once made me feel ignorant about my concerns. He is assuring, but can also be that hard on you (caring) Doctor. This man is in it for his patients and is extremely caring.

Harris Jocelyn “Josie” Unprofessional and unhelpful. Four days before the appointment Ive been waiting four months for, the receptionist calls and says the doctor is no longer accepting new patients, and Ive been canceled. I was devastated, since I have a serious medical issue Ive been waiting on blood tests for. I asked why I hadnt been prioritized for waiting so long and the receptionist refused to tell me. Besides that, my daughter needed a new doctor so I booked her an appointment. They canceled WITHOUT TELLING ME because they didnt have her insurance information on file at the time I made the appointment, even though I went in 24 hours after I made the appointment to have them scan her card. When I got to the appointment, I was told my daughters appointment had been canceled and they had no availability for another month. They also said they didnt have her insurance information, so I had them scan her card again. They insisted I knew and had been told, but I hadnt. I rescheduled, and went to that next appointment, where I was told for the third time that they had no insurance information for my daughter, and had them scan it for the THIRD time. It took 2.5 months to get my daughter in to see ANYBODY at this practice. This practice is incredibly unprofessional and do not care about your health concerns. Choose someone else, or youll regret it.

Barb Dr BATAYOLA and his team are awesome they go the extra mile and are very diligent when communicating on My Chart online Dr. is my Primary and has been for 15 years and has my husband and I dialed in on our Meds. We love u guys thanks for all you do! Mike and Barb M!

Maren Edwards I have been seeing Anna for a year or so now for Primary care. She is always very kind and listens to my concerns. I appreciate her genuine nature and trust her recommendations. Nice to have a doctor I feel like has my best interests and is easy to talk to.

janet orozco I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Anna compelled me to share my concerns. During my appointment, I felt dismissed and invalidated, which is concerning in a medical setting where trust and empathy is crucial. Anna seemed quick to blame me for my physical symptoms saying its likely attributed to phone use and mental health without fully listening to my concerns and acted as if my symptoms were normal because they are "multi-factorial." Her demeanor was dismissive, with frequent eye-rolling, interrupting, and sighing throughout our conversation. Medical gaslighting is a serious issue that can lead to misdiagnosis or delayed treatment. Its alarming that Anna exhibited such behavior, suggesting that my symptoms were exaggerated. Despite these issues, I appreciate that she agreed to send orders in for blood work testing, hence the one-star rating. Anna may have medical expertise, but she does not know my body better than I do. Her manners and approach to patient concerns NEEDS improvement.

Christine Dezember I called 6 times and left 2 messages and NEVER HEARD BACK from the office staff. Frustrating and unprofessional. However, Dr. Tendon is great.

John Calhoun Four hours of total chaos everything. Support staff are very polite and helpful, but there is a total lack of organization in the facility. Sick, injured, basic treatments, etc. are all mixed together. There appears to be a total lack of management. Triage!!! Management!!!

Same As yours The wait here is ridiculous and the excuse you get today is we have too many people in the ER waiting for rooms so wait times are longer. What a joke. Everytime I have been here the wait has been 5hrs or more. And people sitting in the waiting room spreading their germs because they dont have common Curtosy to put a damn mask on. So please continue to spread your nasty ass germs to others who dont have those germs.
