Amanda C Bailey was AMAZING! She took the time to make friends with our Standard Poodle. Hes kind of a brat right now but she didnt quit and just gave him treats and got to know him so he could trust her. Once in the trailer he was good! We came home dropped him off and took our other dog and he did so well! I definitely recommend The Nail Place.. much easier and convenient than making a vet call just so they can get their nails trimmed. We will be back for sure! Thanks again and wishing you an amazing experience, keep up the good work!

Cathy Pattee Fantastic! Walk in. No appointment necessary. My Golden does not like her nails done. They were great with her. Nice and cool in the little trailer. So convenient. So affordable.

Leslie Sullivan This place is a godsend. So patient and gentle with my Vizsla. ❤️ I love that I can just drop in without an appointment. She also cleans my dog’s ears which can be quite the task! Makes my life sooo much easier! I always bring cash for a tip!

Xenia Yaileen I really wanted to say something in the shop but I honestly was at a loss for words. I was looking forward to having my nails done because it had been a long long time. It started off fine except for the fact that she cut my plastic nail form into stilletto after I asked for almond. I thought the color I picked would still look nice so I opted to give the shape a chance and not say anything. I was at tech #12 in case anyone wants to know. The issues started when she began to lay down the acrylic and applying the gel polish. Both were uneven, and bumpy. In some areas, the top coat was not even coating the whole nail. Another worker even came and asked her to correct some errors before continuing on. Basically, it didn’t look like a trained professional had done my nails. My next issue is with the pay, I was charged 49.95 for a full set and someone who was next to me and got much longer nails was charged $45 I can’t say if she was getting a full set or fill because She was there before me but thought it was worth mentioning. The more I looked at my nails after I drove home the more I realized I should have asked for my money back. They were however very kind. I ended up fixing the nails myself and I will definitely not be coming back. I will be adding pictures and you all can decide for yourselves if you want to go or not.

Italia Castro While they are very nice their pedicures are not good. My feet were not massaged, they barely scrubbed my feet and my feet feel rough and to top it off they mainly rubbed lotion on my legs and there was absolutely no pressure. My gel is uneven. Oh and the water wasn’t even very warm. After my second time in 6 months I will never go back. Please educate your technicians!

Lionor Galindo Terrible experience for a french tip manicure. To begin with, I asked and showed a picture of an ombré blush pink into a milky white. She immediately did a French tip on me, so I shook it off and went with the French tip. Then she finishes my nails, puts lotion on one hand massages it for 10 seconds. She then slathers a think layer of lotion to my second hand and essentially throws my hand at me and tells me to put my own lotion on. I then look down at my nails, the French tip portion is wavy and not clean. Instead she put a silver glitter so you can’t see the poorly done white French tip. She left the gel polish on parts of my fingers. I never get hang nails and now I have hurtful hang nails after a day. Worst experience. The gel polish is already lifting.

Marieli Pedroza As a first time guest at this business, I wasn’t pleased with their services. The individual who did my manicure seemed distracted and uninterested. They continuously looked away from the task at hand, focusing on—what seemed to me—other people in the studio. Furthermore, I was unaware that there were two methods for removing gel nail polish (grinder or soaking) and I failed to inquire about it before the nail tech began the grinding process. However, as a business, if there are multiple methods for conducting a singular task, I would have expected them to ask me which method I preferred to educate me about the options I had, rather than assuming that because the general public prefers the grinder, then I must have wanted the grinder, too. It’s frustrating to know that the thinning of my nails could have been avoided had I been provided the options for removing gel nail polish. Lastly, I’ve provided photos of the final product to further illustrate my point about the nail tech seeming distracted and uninterested in their attention to detail. Please highlight the varying widths of the French tip on each of my nails, as well as the differing nail shapes. All in all, I’m disappointed in this specific nail tech’s artistry. I take this as a learning lesson to (1) be more vocal about my likes and dislikes when it comes to a service I am paying for and (2) always ask questions to avoid the risk of assumptions.

Gina Perez I use to come here years ago but I stop for a while. When I booked my appointment I found out it was a new owner. The lady that started my nails she was really rough , she hurt me couple times. When she started applying the powder it was a red flag for me. I felt like I was letting my daughter practice on me. After that it went down hill she couldn’t get the shape rite. At this point I was ready to just leave. The lady next to her i assume is the owner because the way she would speak to her. She finally took over she tried to fix my nails. She fix them as much as she could. She did a good job. I felt better tours the end and I’m happy she took over. But honestly I would not be coming. We pay to much for us to get poorly service and someone who doesn’t know what they are doing.

Eyanna SW Thomas First time going here and the ladies were very nice, took their time and did a great job. They were slow so one was doing my feet and the other my nails while in the massage chair! My nails and toes look great! Definitely will be going back!

Tiffany Hough My sister and I are visiting out of town for a softball tournament and didnt have time to get our nails done before we left so I figured Id give this place a shot. My nail tech rushed my nails and was kind of harsh with grabbing my arm to bring it closer to her, to file, cut or polish. I paid $79 including a tip for a full set that was French tip. The paint isnt remotely close to being even on either side of my nail for the French tip. My sister paid $70 for a fill that was French tip and a couple of her nails arent even polished all the way, and uneven as well. Neither of our sets look like French tips.

Ashley Alvarado I travel all over the US for my job and this is definitely one of my top choices! I could already tell by the prepping process I was going to receive great customer service. Luu was amazing start to finish and really took her time in making sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was kind and hospitable and the place was very clean. Will definitely be coming back!

Casey Wilson These women were great! Very friendly, very genuine. Prices were great, first nail place I’ve been to in tri cities and I for sure will be making this my new regular nail spot! Thank you lucky nails!

Val C The employees are all so sweet, they take their time and triple check to make sure all of your nails look good and even. Reasonable pricing, also very clean! You take and bring back your own nail filing baggie every visit, this way you never have to use one that has already been used by someone else. (What most salons do.) Lucky nails is my go-to and I would even drive extra if ever necessary, because they really are the best in town.

Rayven Kilmer I have been going here consistently since may (despite high prices) and they really need a more humane way of taking off an acrylic set. Danny ripped my nail off and I was left with my pinky looking like this. The part that’s bleeding is pure skin and the nail is barely hanging on…. He barely even apologized and still charged me…I will not be coming back.

Niki D Went for the first time. Got told starting at 60$ full set acrylics. Ended up being 85++$ totaling to 94$ did my nails in colored acrylic so when I get a fill the colors will be off. Also got scammed into putting gems on my nails before being told a cost. Didnt take time measuring nail width. Had a nail break 3 days later. Gems fell off 3 days later. Chipped/bubbles clear coat.. just Heartbroken. Not satisfied. Bougie but not worth it. Cost too much. Go to lasting nails in Kennewick. Worth the drive.

Brittanie Bell If I could give a 0 star I would. The Louis fellow didnt listen to a word I said. I asked for square with rounded off edges. Which I have been doing for years. He decided round is what I requested and then didnt offer to fix them when I said something. Then to be charged $5 to remove gell polish, $4 for a bag of crap that I left there. I told them I would not be returning and that I would not be paying the $4 and the girl laughed and wouldnt take off the charge. A full set took 18 minutes exactly. Which is ridiculous and they are terrible.

Zee Rude employee (younger girl that works there). Yanked on my hand bc she was upset I asked for her to use the actual nail polish brush vs a thinner brush. Then she proceeded to ignore me after asking her nicely like 6 or more times if she could use diff brush as if I wasn’t even there or acknowledge me that I was speaking to her. Even after the owner came and said something to her in their language she continued to wanting to use small brush. Very rude then got up and asked another employee to come do my nails. Said something in their language. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I’ve been a customer here for many years. Not a way to treat customers.

Ellie Laufer Stopped by while my boyfriend got his haircut nextdoor. I was so pleasantly surprised! My nails looked better than Ive seen them look in a long time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good, efficient pedicure. Also this is the only place Ive ever gone that didnt tickle my feet lol.

Jessica Herrera First time I came in to the salon on *Wednesday at 4pm* with 5 week grown out acrylic nails. The previous place I gone to did a horrible job shapping them. What I presume is the manager or owner of the salon, reshaped them and NOW they actually look like coffin nails. Also, the fill was done beautifully. He listen, looked over the pictures I had on my phone of the style of nails I wanted and adviced me. I am more than happy and in love with my nails. *Take note, the time is crucial. I went in when the salon was empty. It can be different when its busy* (Pictures were taken right after)
