Sukhbir Sekhon I had an awful experience here. I got acrylic nails, and by the second day, the paint started peeling off. When I went back to show the technician, not only did she refuse to apologize or offer to fix it, but she actually yelled at me, blaming me for taking too long to choose the color. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly recommend you avoid this place

Mi Colchita The worst nails done EVER, they used a small fan to “DRY” the fresh gel on my nails. As soon as I took my wallet out of my purse to pay the gel started to crack and get messy because it still was fresh!! First and last time at this place!! I just throw 30 usd to the trash, poor job and the only solution they offered was to keep my money and let my go with this nasty and horrible nail work.

Isabelle Sherman They cut my nails without asking what length I wanted, assured me they knew what was best, ruined my nail bed, cut me with the file, and scoffed when o tipped even though the service was horrible. They didn’t even choose the right colors after assuring me they could do my design. Reference photos vs the nails they gave and how they damaged my nailbed.

Carey Huss The guy that works in there did a horrible job on my nails. They are lumpy and uneven. When I tried to tell him he got mad. I asked for my money back and he gave me 40 dollars. I paid 55. Everyone else does a good job, but every time I get him I am not pleased with his work.I told him me and my mom will not be back. He said thats fine. He said he was the owner. I will never go there again.

Kathryn Byrum I only get a pedicure like 3-4x a year. I’ve tried a lot of local places in Lewis and Thurston county and quite frankly I’m usually disappointed. Today I tried out Rose Nails and Spa in Chehalis and it was probably the best pedicure I’ve had. I didn’t have an appt but called ahead and they said no problem. Everyone was friendly upon entering. The lady who did my pedicure was very attentive with trimming/cuticle care and took her time with the painting too. I did the deluxe gel pedicure and she massaged my legs for a long time. It was so relaxing. It included a sugar scrub, oil massage, wax and hot stone/towels. I will be coming back for sure. Price was consistent $60 plus tip. There was a 3% charge with card. But oh well, next time I’ll bring cash.

Keziah G I came in around 1:30 and it was a little busy but with an appointment it got done in less than an hour. my nails are absolutely stunning and Wendy was careful and did an amazing job. I will be coming here again!!

Pamela Gandarillas Kind staff. They listen well and give you what you ask for. My pedicure was 55 but they add a 2% fee for using a card. If you can pay cash so you save a bit. It was very steady while I was there. Try and book appointment so you don’t have to wait.

Anna Zinchenko My favorite nail salon ever! I struggle with hand eczema and finding Kristina was such a God-send. She and her team are always so gentle with my ultra-sensitive cuticle. Throughout the years, Ive been able to grow out my nails, whereas before they would always break and never hold gel polish. A little about my general impressions: the sanitation is top notch, the customer service is amazing and my manicure is always perfect and lasts as long as I need it to and looks impeccable (I usually go 5 weeks between appointments). Kristina and her team are the best!

Juliya Perfect nails everytime, great attention to detail, professional and clean. I would suggest my nail area to anyone looking for a great russian manicure. Online booking is also very convenient! Techs are very friendly and sweet. They pay attention to EVERYTHING! and it is always beautiful!

Ann Pham Kristina and her team are the best of the nail game. Number one is they are extremely clean. You will not find anywhere who has better sterilization system than they do. So you can rest assured with your nails being clean and safe. They have many color choices. Their skills are phenomenal. Your polish will last for even 4-5 weeks if you want to go that long. I’m a beauty service provider myself so I only go to places that meets high standards and this is the place!!! Don’t think about it. So see Kristina or her team

Tracy Pham I just moved to this area and wanted to give this nail salon a try! My overall experience: The cleanliness of the salon and staffs are friendly. I didnt have appointments but they get me in right away, how impressive! I requested for dipping powder on my natural nails, the technician was attentive to what I ask and also the shape is on point!!!! I highly recommend this nail salon and if anyone want to get elegant nails. Last by not least, their service is awesome!!

Bonnie Rinta I’ve been coming here for years. They always are friendly, fast and polite. My toes look great. My daughter sometimes comes she loves it when we do mom and daughter pedicures. Tony is fantastic! New owner doing great job. Mimosa for the win!

Superiorladi Well I actually liked this place. I work nearby and who I believe to be Ann or maybe Annie? She and another guy are usually really nice always offering to do my nails I only come for my toenails. He is always telling me to leave my nail artist and go there and they offer 20% off blah blah blah. I walked in 5 mins late my last patient was longer than I expected. If I was to late I would have gladly rescheduled or came back another time. Ann who did my nails a few weeks ago did them so good she listened to what I wanted and attempted it. I was only wasting time my nails still looked good i just wanted a lighter base.. and I SAID THIS BUT WAS IGNORED…This time I had Kim and wow was she absolutely terrible. Everything about her attitude was absolutely horrific.. she was screaming and yelling about how she was going to turn me away but didn’t..? So she treated me bad was rough with me and when letting the water out she nicked me with a sharp object and did not even say sorry…she asked if I liked it I told her I actually wanted a French tip and she did not care.. my co worker walked in and they were so sweet and nice to her. They did not know I knew her I greeted my coworker and started talking about the office and our providers.. as soon as they seen we knew eachother Kim started treating me like a person, asking if she could fix it saying “I can put the white on just hopefully it doesn’t mess up the paint” I was like no I did not want her touching me any longer. For reference I am a young African American woman, well put together successful etc.. I think she judged me based off my appearance and then realized I worked nearby and knew this lady who she maybe thought was better than me? Anyway I told my coworker how I was treated and then it seemed like Ann started to treat her rude because Kim filled her in? the problem was that Kim was so rude and the guy with her was also rude no one listened to me I was looking for a base similar to my fullset and she gave me pink nails and did not clean up the sides my 13 year old daughter could do this better. After it was done she offered me another drink which they never do. She also did not offer me the discount that they are FALSEY ADVERTISING. I politely paid and still tipped even tho this lady is seriously the meanest person I’ve met in that area and I work in an office I get a lot of mean ppl but wow. I politely paid and walked over to my coworker told her she didn’t even offer me the discount so you should ask. She leaves and they tell her no it’s for dip powder but only.. my thing is we ONLY come for toes and we received the discount everytime. So howe’d we get the discount before? We stole it? Lol. I mean the workers are literally sitting outside begging for ppl and offering 20% off.. signs are all the way down the block. FALSE ADVERTISING..My nails look so bad I’ll be taking them off $55 bucks gone in one day and to not even offer me to come back in the morning or even the very least offer me a discount for completely butchering my nails.. pic down below. I’ll be telling everyone in the office to stop going here, they are selectively rude to minorities and judgmental. I wanted to like it here, I really liked Ann but I just don’t know if I can spend money in a place that treats repeated customer as such. Not acceptable I see why they are loosing customers. Kim.. take a chill pill! I walk passed everyday for black rock. I won’t be walking in this nail shop.. I heard there is ELEGANT NAILS NEARBY. I’ll try them out because ruby nails has some terrible customer service and unfortunately unapologetic employees.

Melanie Lee I have had manicures, pedicures, and waxing here for 14 years. Always had stellar service each time. For walk-ins, sometimes there is a wait, but usually not terribly long. There was a remodel a couple of years ago, and it is beautiful! Added more stations because their clientele has grown. Easy to find location, and near several restaurants, within walking distance, open at all times of the day/evening. Some nearby shopping is available too.

Alina Hanson Vázquez I decided to come here because the previous place I was going to get my nails done. They used too much the drill that my nails were already very thin and damaged. Tiffany did amazing job here. Repaired two broken nails and left the rest looking beautiful and strong feeling. I definitely will continue coming to this place!

JaeHee Chang It was open early in the Christmas eve morning. The coffee was good. We also had a slice of banana bread which was soft and moist. I would like to go back for more coffee. The barista was nice. Many people walked in for takeouts. There are seats on the 2nd floor. We didn’t go up.

Annette Henshaw I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a coffee shop in downtown Seattles Pioneer Square and I have been hooked ever since. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Their beverage selection is top-notch, with a variety of hot and cold options including espresso, drip coffee, tea, and more. I always have a hard time deciding what to order because everything is so delicious. Not only do they have great drinks, but they also offer a selection of mouthwatering sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and bakery items. I appreciate that they have gluten-free options available as well. But what truly sets this coffee shop apart is the barista Apolo. He is hands down the best barista in Seattle. Not only is he incredibly skilled at making the perfect cup of coffee, but he also goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. His friendly attitude and genuine passion for coffee always brighten my day. If youre looking for a beverage in Seattle with amazing coffee, delicious food, and exceptional service, look no further than this coffee shop in Pioneer Square. I cant recommend it enough.

Serenah Starr Turned out exactly what I had in mind. Love them. It was fairly quiet and relaxing experience. Update: 2 days after I got these done my nail polish started to peel on one of the nails. I went in to have them fix it but they were not so happy to have to fix it. Turning it on me like it was my fault. 3 days after that another one of my nails is starting peeling. I would go back again but Im out of town and out of patience. Maybe there was a quality issue or old product she put on me or something. I wouldnt say dont go here, but I dont think Ill go here again because that last interaction.

Megan South Went for a fill and left with beautiful nails! Very affordable, amazing attention to detail, gave me exactly what I wanted and my almost 5 year old got some polish and nail stickers. They were very patient with her and she loved going to the nail salon. Will definitely be back ❤️

Colleen LeBlanc LOVE this place! I’ve been here twice now and each time I was treated with care. I loved my mani and the pedi I had today was one of the best ones I’ve had in a very long time. Cathy (Kathy?) got the shape of my nails to be just right. Jade took her time with cuticle trimming and callus removal on my pedi. I would also like to note that her massage pressure is PERFECT. I work long days on my feet and the massage put me to sleep lol. I will be a regular here for sure!

Kat I have to say its been a while since I went to a salon and had a technician who has taken the time to really perfect their work. My nails look great! The shape, thickness and polish all turned out amazing. It took slightly longer than I am used to but that is only because Ive been so accustomed to the in and out service Ive had recently. Amandeep Kaur Very unfriendly and rude staff. Under the name of manicure, they’ll just dip your nails in water. Worst service. Never going back again! Edit: I paid $95 screenshot attached. As per reply to review I didn’t get any service. Design asked for is attached and condition of my nails after one week. Nail paint chipped badly.

Juli Cormier I came in to fix bad acrylics I got at a different salon. They did such a great job with the removal, the lady was so gentle with me and made sure I liked everything before continuing. Highly recommend this place for a quick set. Perfect spring nails

candy butt These ladies are amazing. I normally come here when I can to relax and let go of everything. all my stress just disappears. When you get your feet done do the $65.00 volcano so worth it.

Ash Bee Ive come here quite a few times and typically they are okay. Not the BEST but not the worst. Today its been a few months and I really needed some relaxation and my toes and nails needed done. The WHOLE experience was disappointing. They insisted on doing both my nails and toes at the same time which I hate because I like to relax during my pedicure. Than the person doing my nails is rushing through the service and not doing a great job. I say something about her rushing and that I understand wanting to get done but I am paying for a service and she just kind of laughs it off. I keep showing her the shape I want and she completely butchered that as well (didnt ask for anything crazy) at the end my total is 120$ and I cried in my car because my nails look horrendous and Im not someone who has money like that to spend all the time and when I do its a treat and Im just so disappointed. Going to attach a photo of the length and shape I asked for (just with a different color) VS what I got.
