This has been my nail salon for now almost two years! I refuse to go anywhere else Mia, Jen, Moon, and Sy are my ladies! Happy Holidays!

Zainab Altaae "I recently had a very disappointing experience at ‘posh nails’ . During my appointment, the nail technician applied the product incorrectly on one of my fingers, and when I asked her to fix it, she dismissed my concern. Instead of offering a solution, she told me to go to a different spa if I didnt like it. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct mistakes left me feeling very frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for attentive and respectful service."

Vaesen Pastry The wonderful people at My Nail Spa were amazing. They were extremely friendly and so nice. I have never had a better visit, and I have never had a time where I didnt get hurt while getting my nails done. They did custom nails for me, and it was so beautifully done. It was me and my friends friend-aversary, and so we got manicures and pedicures. It was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!! Note: NEW UPDATE 2022, I brought my manager, and she Loves this place.

Mary Booth Terrible experience. In what world are these square crooked Barbie pink nails I left with the same as the photo she looked at for two and a half hours that I tried to kindly correct multiple times. By the end she was just laughing and saying no it’s fine. When I asked her to change things. Completely unacceptable. I don’t think I have ever left a review before but it can be so frustrating to leave with the wrong thing so don’t go here.

LanaMarie Hauschild I would not name this place “Honest”. Went in for a fill, & they asked “how much did you spend last time?”. I said I don’t remember, then charged me $80! For THICK streaky basic fill. They’re not honest with pricing. A new set doesn’t even cost that much. Such a shame, been coming here for years but now I’ll never go again. Expect to pay more than you anticipate

Kyle Be warned do not come here .Will not give a refund price charged was different then listed online did not perform the work as offered . Polish coming off after five days and definatly was not capable of doing a ombre set . Took advantage of someone that was visually impaired attached is picture of what was to be performed and what was received dont go to either location most likely will get same quality of work

F. Small shop. They didnt have the color combo I wanted for my nails so I decided to just get a manicure and the manicurist did the bare minimum. I still have some shellac residue, my corners are sharp, and the top of my nails were left rough.

Louise R. Luxury Nails is such a great salon. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Ive been going here for 5ish years now, Khoi is the one that usually does my nails. He does such a perfect job. He is very gentle and detailed. He also has great ideals that match what I like. Love going to this place.

Alexandria Robinson My new favorite nail salon!! This is the cutest my nails have ever been. The prices were very very reasonable and the staff was amazingly friendly. I got a full set acrylic nails and my mom got a pedicure. We had a little bit of a wait because we didn’t make appointments but it was not long at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will now only go to them when I come into town from Oregon!

Faamaini Leota I have been going to Sarah for almost 10 years now and she does great job all around. Nails , lashes, pedicure. Where ever she goes I go a long with all of my people! Her staff as well is so welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable and wanting to come back again!

katie romanelli They cant do any intricate designes, my nails from 1 finger to the next dont look uniform. Very disappointed first time getting my nails done in Washington and dont know if I will get them done again. I will say the lady that was doing my nails was friendly.

Irishmomma 2 The first time I went it was wonderful loved my Tech N9ne set!!!! My second time was not as wonderful. I had soaked off my old set and was getting a new one. The file caught and ripped my new nail taking my real nail with it. It was still attached but bleeding like crazy. She didnt charge me for the set after that however she also didnt do the shape correct, one nail felt like it wasnt attached, and another one was cracked. After the one accident she made many more mistakes that left me suffering with awful nails.

Eliza Quito I love coming to this salon! The ladies are super kind and very welcoming. Each time I visit, Misty does an amazing job on my manicure. She takes her time and the nails seem to stay on forever like I just got it done. Other nail salons I’ve visited, the manicure does not last that long. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Zoey Vannasy My husband surprised me and his mom by taking us here for mothers day and I had a wonderful experience. I think this is the best mani pedi Ive ever had 2 weeks later I only have one small chip on my thumb. Ive never gotten even gel to last longer than a week before. Definitely making this my regular place in the future

All the ladies here are wonderful and they pay such great detail to attention and you never feel rushed. Megan, bless her heart! Love her personal service and how sweet she is! Pearl Paradise We called around 4:30ish too book an appointment for 3 @5:15 and it was accepted once we got there it was pretty busy but we finally got seated at the pedi seat and although it was busy we did not feel rushed. 3 different people did my feet and they all did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep twice!! They took their time with me and was also efficient at the same time. I don’t know how but they were!! The only downside was there was no available WiFi and the AC was down? Off? Not working? Other than that they did great my toes are super cute!

Kelly Rene First busy nail place we walked into on a busy Saturday where they were friendly and acknowledged us immediately. Went in for a fill and was so pleased with the service that I stayed for a pedicure! Awesome pedi and they took their time with my fill. Definitely recommend. Edit. After taking my time after shopping and running around I was able to examine my nails. They are perfect!! They are beautifully smooth and shaped around the cuticle! I expect they will grow out nicely! I will definitely return. I do recommend making an appointment as they are a busy shop.

Maureen E. I love the Japanese Gel nails! I will never go back to anything else. These are the only type of artificial nails that will stay on my nails for weeks! 3 - 4 weeks to be exact. And the gals are great - never a bad experience here - my go-to artists are Christy and Mae.

Lizbeth Hernandez The quality is UNMATCHED! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have been getting my nails done by Christy for a few months now and I cant ever get over how good my nails look. I finally decided to get out of my comfort zone and showed Christy what designs I wanted and she did NOT disappoint, if anything it’s better than the picture. I will continue to be back and I will continue to recommend to anyone who asks.

Sheila Sadeghi I will literally not go anywhere else. This is 100% my salon, and I bring all my friends here. Each tech takes their time, pays an insane amount of attention, and delivers. You will not be disappointed. Its so cool to see stuff on Instagram and know that I can bring those designs here and get something truly stunning. Stop wasting time and book an appointment already.

A Journey Great with manicures, but pedicures... BEWARE! The older woman that does pedicures there must love to inflict pain. I have psoriatic arthritis, and my toenails are affected. This woman cut my nails down to nothing, made both my mom (who has normal toenails) and I bleed profusely, and when we brought it to their attention they tried to make it out to be our faults somehow! kylie I had dip done and in 6 days 3 nails chipped and broke off. I went in to have them removed and was charged 40! I told the girl last time I was only charged 15 for removal. She told me because I agreed to have my nails soaked it was considered another manicure. A complete rip off and I will not be back.

Tiffanie Nelson I love this place so much. I almost don’t even want to post a review because I do not want them to get to busy for us. Harvey and Apple are such genuine people and they both take so much pride in what they do. So friendly we love going I always have Harvey do my nails while my husband gets his pedicure with Apple the entire salon are so friendly and take pride in their work!! I have never seen any upset clients and I am there every 3 to 4 weeks! Sone colors are hard to capture and I’m not the best photographer but my nails are always on flawless!!

Sophara Soth I’ve tried so many nail spots, but no one does it better than Happy Nails Shop in Kent! Apple, Harvey, and their team provide the best customer service and execute nail designs flawlessly. They really take their time with each client, making sure you leave happy. Unlike other places, they never rush, even when it gets busy. I’ve never not loved my nails! Walk-ins can be tough, so I highly suggest making an appointment. If you want quality and care, this is the spot to go! I see them every 3 weeks for a dip powder manicure and regular nail polish pedicure. I’ve attached some pics of nail designs I’ve done in the past.

Prachi Behl-Stein It was my first time here. They are so nice and professional. I asked for an ombré dip nails and showed my inspiration pictures for my maternity shoot. She did them just like the picture. They were neatly done and looked perfect. Also got a gel nail paint on my feet with stones around the toe. Looks amazing! Love love love my nails!!! 100% recommend it!

M B I like this spot a lot. Took several spots for me to find a salon near my place that I also like. They are very talented and nice over all. I went in on New Years Eve and the lady working at the time was so patient and took me in without an appointment. I took another family there to get their pedicure and manicure and they did a good job. Although I sometimes wish they could let you get exactly what you ask for but at times I feel it could be a language barrier so its best to show them a picture or be very vocal about your needs. This pic my nails from New Years Eve and that are still looking good after 12 days.

Jennifer deQuilettes I am so upset. I wanted to splurge and get myself a nice manicure for vacation. I brought in the design that I wanted. It was a simple modern twist on a French manicure. My nail technician did a wonderful job. I was very pleased until it came time to pay the bill. My manicure was $95!!!!! I have never in my LIFE paid that much for a manicure and have had so many designs done. I understand these are tough times and we are all trying to squeeze an extra dime, but it is so unfair and not ok to blind side people like this. If you want to charge 20 just to add chrome to my nail, TELL ME BEFORE! I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I will never again return here and will warn everyone of their price rip off. When I tried to discuss it with them, the owner was conveniently preoccupied. I know he could hear me. He is usually very attentive. But of course, I was just met with indifference and a shrug. I am enraged. Shame on you for robbing people like this of their hard earned cash.

TAN Bad experience with a few different techs. They were rude, did not listen when asked to stop cutting cuticles, and all around bad paint jobs. Our big issue was how we were treated. They were upset when we asked for ombré and fancy designs. This was only an issue because we came in a few days prior and asked if they could do these things. They told us that they could. However when we came back they techs helping us got angry when we wanted something other than one color. I guess they only had one tech who can and she was not available. Even though we made a reservation with her directly. I ended up going to Periodt in Kent Station the next day and Lisa fixed my nails for my wedding. My issue is saying you can do something when you can’t. If we had known, we would have gone somewhere else.

veronica ramos Thank you thank you Pauline’s yesterday spa day with my husband was amazing. I have been going to different places for years always looking for great prices nice atmosphere best customer service but over all amazing work. Finally after 25 years I found it. I’m defiantly staying here as a regular. I had never gone to a place I could get my husband in the doors and this place made him feel so welcomed he already set up times for him and his friends to go. He loved getting a pedi. A husband who wears heavy boots 12 hours a day for construction and gets ingrow toe nails was blown away by the service he received he felt so pampered. He will be going monthly now to relax and to treat his feet well. As for my pedi it was amazing so relaxed in our own private room. I called my bff told them all about it. This definitely ins a hidden gem. I loved the way the owner and staff treated us. My nails look so good the process blew my mind silk wrap omg her way of doing each nail taking the time to make sure no curves or bumps. I was blown away she is Thulley a expert. I willing give a five star. I highly recommend this spa. Here are several pictures of how my day went Before and after . Don’t forget to make your appointment she said she works by appointment so she don’t get the store to full so she can concentrate on her customer at hand soft relaxing music. The place sure feels like a spa. Many services available can’t wait to try them all. And best of all prices are amazing. So dang Cheap with a beautifully decorated store and amazing workmanship. Can’t wait for my next appointment I’ve never been so excited to return to a nail salon.

Deanna Very unprofessional experience and don’t care about the customer’s concern, I was there on the 29th of June and paid $45 for fill and shellac. I had to find another nail shop in Kent and paid $45 to fix my nails again with fill and shellac. To pay $45 to Pauline’s Nails and the fill lasted only 8 days! That’s viewed to be cheating your customers. When Kim used to work on my nails with the builder gel, no issues! Until that nail tech on the picture that ignored me, don’t want to help me, and act like nothing happened. She’s the one that did my nails on the 29th until the nails started to lift! No good, poor communications, and why continue business if don’t want to work in customer service!

Caitlin Gallup Today was my first visit here, and I walked in for a gel manicure. They were able to get me in right away on a Sunday morning and provided a great service including hot towels and a massage. Friendly and fast. I will absolutely be back!

Brenna Steller We have been going here every few weeks for a little over a year. Every time we get great nails. This time I went for a French tip. These are hand-painted not artificial nails! Great results friendly people!

Tonia Davis You get what you pay for, they do not listen to what you want at all. If you want any extras its $10 more. I didnt even get to wash my hands before she splattered paint on my nails.My nails look horrible, I am embarrassed to wear them out in public. The lady was in so much of a rush. They still have an hour and a half before closing. They are constantly talking in their language, and looking at you while they are doing it. Made me feel uncomfortable. Look at photos, let me know what you think. I work hard for my money and I am so upset that I paid $45 for this.

Natalie Jasmine Went for the first time today, absolutely loved how my nails turned out! Gina was absolutely amazing with my nails. I used to go to another salon and not only are they pricy but I’d also have hangover acrylic on the underside of my nails at times. (Got old nails removed, then did an acrylic set. Paid $90 total, compared to my other salon I went to previously- nails would be around $120-140.) Gina took the time to file my nails perfectly, make sure I loved the color (mixed it on a palette since she didn’t have the color she thought I’d like), and communicated perfectly! Took the time as well to show me the charm she thought I’d like as well. Definitely will be back! (Think I found my new go-to salon)

Mike (Big Mike) I definitely love the gals at Ginas (and of course Sean- husband/co-owner). Yes, just like any nail salon with english being second language to some here.. Just be clear with what you are asking or needing. Dont be afraid to ask Sean, Gina, or the younger gal who does nails to clarify. A lot of times they will repeat what they believe you said and are 90% correct. My only complaint and its not their fault - is wearing a mask inside and when its cold, the smell of acrylic with very little air flow - gives me a huge headache. Other than that always a good experience and I love to banter with everyone here.

Janai Schindler Ever since coming to Gina’s and getting my nails done by Linh, I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails now. She is seriously the best nail tech I’ve experienced in the past few years I’ve been getting my nails done regularly. A lot of the time I tell her to do her thing because I trust her judgment and she has yet to fail me. Plus the service is great! Sure there was a little bit of a wait even though I always schedule it is well worth the wait to me. This last time, I brought my 21 year old sister to get an acrylic set too, and while we were waiting she was drawing on her iPad and linh asked to see what she was drawing and proceeded to have the other workers come over and praise her work, my sister was bright red but I could tell she appreciated the compliments and the rest of our time there was non-stop conversations with all of the techs about art, travel, etc., like we were all fast friends. It was a great experience and my sister can’t wait to go back again. I’ve had such good experiences here my mom has even started going to Gina’s as well, and I’ve even recommend some of my co-workers as well. I was recommended by a girl who works at a gas station by my house, and every time I saw her I couldn’t help but comment on her nails, she told me where and who, I’ve been going ever since.
