Tianna S Tamara is truly talented, I had been told for years that you couldnt do designs on natural nails, and I was always talked into acrylics. Tamara proved that you can do designs on any nails, and she does it flawlessly, any design she can do, and her focus on the quality and health of the nails is amazing as well. There are a lot of nail techs out there but in all the years Ive been getting my nails done, Ive never had someone so talented and sweet do my nails, which is why I gladly drive over an hour to see her.

Kiley Tchang I got my first Brazilian sugar with Jenna this week as a trial run for my wedding in the fall and it was one of the most satisfying experiences (beauty wise) Ive ever had. I was very nervous going into the appointment because I had never gotten any waxing or hair removal done prior to this. It can be very uncomfortable/embarrassing going into a situation where you have to be so physically vulnerable and exposed and anxiety from anticipated pain does not help that! While I cant say it was pain free, Jenna was amazing at making sure to see explain everything she was going to be doing and minimizing the pain I felt. I was put so at ease and left feeling so confident! Will definitely be making this a regular part of my routine! :) If youre on the fence about it, book with Jenna-you wont regret it!

Elizabeth Little I sought out Jenna for a Brazilian, and what could be considered an uncomfortable/invasive experience, Jenna does a phenomenal job at making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Her presence is calming, relaxed, and carries genuine conversation. Shes informative on what shes doing, as well as on the products she chooses to promote and sell. Here moving forward, Jenna is my girl for body waxing.

Ashley Popejoy Jenna is simply amazing! She puts you at ease right away and walks you through the steps of the service you are receiving. I have seen her for sugaring, facials, chemical peels and lash lift/ting and her services are top notch! She is knowledgable and skilled in her trade and has an incomparable attention to detail. She will make product recommendations without being a pushy salesperson. Clean and comfortable treatment room as well. Highly recommend Jenna for your skincare and hair removal needs!

Kat Halterman I go to Jenna for sugaring all the areas, & bikini facials, so far. I feel fully comfortable. Jenna has been helping me for months now. I can’t recommend her work enough! Sugaring can hurt (ever so briefly for me), depending on your pain tolerance. Jenna works very professionally through the appointment & does her best to limit your pain. I have had some scary Brazilian appointments prior to Jenna & I can’t tell you how happy I was to find her when I did!

Chapman Deidra Susan was my nail technician, and it was my first time getting the almond shape. I love them so much and I don’t see myself going back to square again. She was also very nice and hospitable as well. Although everyone there is nice and hospitable pretty much! There was no pain during the filing at all which means a lot to me considering my last experience at a different nail shop in oak harbor. This is the best nail spot in oak harbor in my opinion. Definitely a go to for top tier nail service and quality. I also appreciate the cultural aspect, really peaceful and it’s so nice to know more about it. Thank you so much Susan!

Selena Coffey Great 1st time visit getting a deluxe pedicure. Hai impressed me with her awareness of best practices and safety - making that a priority with her approach. She was very careful, thorough and effective tending to the health of my feet, calluses and cuticles. She also provided a beautiful end result with my Malaga Wine Opi lacquered toes. She only does one customer at a time, so the shop was all mine, and she prefers appointments- also great! Her prices are very reasonable - from basic to deluxe. I highly recommend her.

Jeannine Ruetz Here on vacation from Arizona, I went with my husband so we could both get a pedicure to celebrate our 32nd Wedding Anniversary and Hai was wonderful. She made us feel at home and very welcome, it was like talking to a close friend. She did a wonderful job! I wish I lived closer so I could come again but definitely will when visiting Washington again. If your looking for a great place to get your nails done that is clean and no nonsense, visit Hai. She’s wonderful!

Alessandra Luna Hai is the best! She’s SO nice, flexible and truly has the best work I’ve seen from the island. I got a gel pedicure as a walk-in and she made me feel comfortable and took her time to make sure I had clean lines. FYI she does not do acrylic nails as she is allergic. I will ALWAYS go back to Hai for my nails.

Michele Moen This was a relaxing experience. Hai has a clean, inviting beauty studio with hundreds of color choices. She was asking me questions to make sure everything was ok with my mani/pedi. I will definitely come back. I have tried many salons in the area but I get overwhelmed with crowds and chatter. Hai was so sweet and calm in nature. Next time I think I’ll get facial.

Anjelica Lapadakis Amazing nail techs, so kinda and patient. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a very long time. The lady who did my nails was incredibly gentle and I have no soreness. Beautiful nails!

Cynthia Carr I just started getting my nails done again. I moved here in May and was looking for a place I could trust lol you know how it can be starting with a new nail specialist. Cindy here at Top Nails has now done my nails 2 times. I literally get stopped when people see my nails. They have many services including pedicures!! I found my place!! Also, a shout out to my best friend Tracy who told me about Top Nails in the 1st place!!!!! If you are readiness and you have not tried them out, I absolutely tell you, you should!!! I wish there was a way for me to add a picture of how beautiful my christmas nails turned out!!

Emily Baker I got my nails done here about 3 weeks ago and the set was beautiful. A guy did my nails and he did an amazing job. I walked in and was sat immediately and was started on. Got them done for prom and now I needed them redone. With my happy experience I came in around 3:30 today, it was very busy and a lady sat me down and started immediately. Yes, I love the way my nails turned out, I just got a basic almond short white nails, but there should be absolutely no reason why I have TWO cuts on two different fingers on each hand. She also left a paint on my fingers. I didn’t find these cuts until I washed my hands afterwards. (The soap made sure I knew they were there). She rushed through my set, I feel like if she spent a little more time on me, cuts and messiness wouldn’t have happened. My set costed $35 for a fill and I gave her a $50 and told her to keep the change. She did burn me a couple times when drilling off my old set, but of course she doesn’t know what I’m feeling. I’ve been getting my nails done for a couple years now and I have only been burned maybe 1-3 times over these years. It was 3-4 time just in this sitting. She was also very aggressive with the final brushing with the rough sponge looking thing. My fingers should not be throbbing for an hour after my service. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received but my nails did turn out good. Hours after my set, I should not be in pain. Sierra Alaman Amazing !! I had the best time there, I’ve always gone to Top Nails, and they’ve never let me down ! This experience today, was just what I needed. The gentleman that helped me, by the way has one of the coolest tattoo sleeves I’ve seen, was very gentle, and was very understanding of my shaking hands. 100/100

Payton Wilson Horrible experience :( left with bleeding nail beds and polish everywhere. Asked for a gel manicure but was given the cheapest one on the list (not gel). Was cut 4 times with no acknowledgement until I finally pulled my hand away and said ouch after my nail beds were filled with blood. Due to the language barrier I was not able to get what I wanted fixed either. My pedicure was subpar and that was after I was left sitting long enough for my water to go cold. Not going back.

Jamie Moore I only go to Happy Nails!!! Walk-ins are more than welcomed! I see Lee for all my pedicures because she knows how I like my feet to be done. She, everyone there for that matter, does an awesome job with the hand painted flowers, or whatever design/pattern I bring in. The staff are kind, professional, with a dash of hospitality.

Jul Ol Terrible experience. Im not sure how this place has so many good reviews. I didnt get any cleaning or cuticles removed; she started with the color right away and didnt even apply lotion or oil afterward. The polish was applied in a very thick layer, and the color is all around my nails. I literally have to go to another salon to get this removed because Im embarrassed to have my nails like this! The technician was also rushing because another customer arrived for an appointment. Its clear they dont care about their clients. While doing my nails, she took a call to make an appointment, only saying "yes, yes, tomorrow?" without even taking note of it. Then, someone showed up claiming to have an appointment, but they had no idea when the appointments were scheduled. She told the customer to pick a color and made them wait until she finished mine, which was rushed and poorly done just to attend to the other customer. It was very disrespectful. I would have understood if they had informed me upfront that they were expecting another client and I might have to wait, but instead, they were disorganized and rushed through my service, doing a bad job before attending to the other person. I get my nails done every two weeks and just moved here, but Ive learned my lesson that this is not a place to trust for regular visits. Maybe if youre lucky, youll get good service, but I wouldnt count on it.

STIRLING Skym Honestly so amazing. They are always so gentle with my nails and are so kind. Everytime I come in wanting a design they replicate it so well. I love this salon and have been to pretty much every one in oak harbor at this point... nobody compares at all. My nail shapes are always beautiful and I never leave without feeling so incredibly happy and relaxed. 10/10 highly recommended

Beth Miller Ive been to VTech nails only a handful of times this was my first time going since before my pregnancy. I had maternity photos scheduled yesterday. These photos are 3 days after visiting...they started chipping THE DAY OF. I guess my pregnancy brain didnt help and I remembered later on that this was the second time this had happened, last time I visited I had paid for the Gel manicure which as you all should know gel is supposed to last awhile. Im giving 2 stars because the male who did my feet was excellent. My feet still look great. Im sad to say I wont be returning to VTech

MK D It took two hours from start to finish to get a simple pedicure and manicure. When I got home and really looked at my nails, I was horrified. I went back the next day and they fixed my nails. They also only have two types of pedicures and each involve this weird jelly they add to the footbath. Definitely wont be going back for a pedicure and would be skeptical to go for a manicure.

Tien Do I got my nails done for the new holiday season and the owner recommended this tiara style and it’s beautiful!! It’s very lightweight and the jewels add a whimsical touch.

Ciera Johnson I came in for an acrylic fill, and after 1 week 2 of my nails broke. I paid $75 for this fill and it barely lasted a week. The lady put acrylic past my cuticles and every color I picked out, they were out of. Do not go here for nails. They dont fix THEIR mistakes for free, and they over charge. The lady who did my nails was rude , her file was dull, and she rushed me even though I had an appointment. I will never go here again. Potential customers beware.

Laura S I went in and told them I only cared about having my cuticles taken care of. I think my cuticles somehow look worse and my nails were completely chopped off. I have skin and nail pieces hanging from the sides. I was in there for a grand total of 6 minutes and was charged $20. Now I’ll be out even more to find someone else to fix what they destroyed.

Mariah Holeman Ya know, Ive come to this place often & each time I come my experience is worse than the last. I always bank on the "maybe they were just having an off day" & am hopeful itll be okay the next time. I was proven wrong...again. my full set was so so rushed by the same person who *consistently* does a poor job. The pedi tech was lovely as always. While I was getting my pedi done a woman came in to complain about her nails from the previous day......about the same tech that also did a poor job on mine. Ive given this place so many chances & sadly I have no more chances to give.

Kirsten Ross So came in and got service immediately so that super awesome; thank you. Anything after that was subpar…(I asked for the deluxe pedicure.) good parts; quiet, parifin wax treatment, definitely made sure there was no callus left. Unfortunately the bad parts does outweigh the good. Bad parts; water was Luke warm, use of prohibited calluses removing tool, BEARLY used any sugar scrubs and lotion, and very little massage. So over all not very impressed but moderately happy. (Sorry for the gross photo) yes I know I have gross feet that’s why I got a pedicure.

Chiquita Jones Went the night before a hour before closing, for a pedi for my 9yo and fill-in for myself. They told us to come back the next day. I was ok with that because I did not want them to rush the service. Came the next day around 1130Am, it was a little busy, but not too bad. It started to get busier after me and my daughter arrived. We did get to sit down as soon as we got in, but my daughter sat in the chair for about 30min before they started on her pedi. I had to ask to heat her water twice because it had gotten cold. One of the nail techs was doing someone else mani and she was swapping back and forward between me and the other customer. My fill in took a measly 15mins. The nail paint has streaks in it, the shape is ruined. My daughter’s toes took way less time than she was sitting there, maybe 15mins tops. I do not even think they provide the full pedi service for her because she is 9 and does not know any better. I even asked if gel can be put on top of regular nail polish for my daughter, because the paint always comes off after a day or two (which is a waste of money). She said this always happens to kids, which was a crazy remark. They take advantage because the Island does not have that many options, but I will definitely go off island from now on. They just wanted to rush because they were greedy. I usually tip well, but they will not get my service again. The pictures are a couple of hours after the service. I did accidentally hit my daughter’s big two when we got in the car, but the rest is how they painted my daughter’s toes. This was supposed to be a pedicure. They did not even moisturizer her feet or my hands. Absolutely unacceptable! They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
