Katie H Dr. Trautman has been our doctor for several years and midwife for one birth, and we love her! She has a very balanced, practical approach to medicine. Not only does she not sell fear, she teaches you to avoid it. No doctor is perfect but I believe she is the best you will find! Visiting her is visiting a friend and wise mentor. I look forward to it every time, regardless of the reason. The office is always peaceful and welcoming, with a friendly Shawnee to smile at you :-)

Jordan Flory Dr. Trautman is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgable and wise about naturalpath and medical needs. She has coached us through 3 child births and delivered 2 of them. I value her friendship and care as our doctor. I feel very comfortable going to her for anything! Also I love her office, it is a very professional and relaxing environment. You will not be disappointed!

Cherri-Anne Bickler I have been under Tammys care for nearly a decade now and cant say enough about the quality of care Ive received. She has helped me navigate menopause and all that comes with it with superb care. I learned how to maintain a healthy weight, hormone levels and I dont leak when I jump or sneeze. Above all of that, it is clear she truly cares for me and my family. She knows me. Im not just another cow in the chute. She takes the time to address my concerns and get to the root causes. If youre looking for someone just to give you a scrip and move on, this is not the practice for you. If you want to treat the problem along with the symptoms, you cant find a better place. The rest of the staff is amazing too! Compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, funny and professional all in one. I wish I could give 100 stars.

amiya Our first visit last week was an emergency squeeze in appointment. I called and they were able to get us in that same day. We received excellent service from all staff; everyone was very kind, comforting, and informative. Thankful to have found such a wonderful place to bring our fur babies to.

Alexis Cobb Dr. Rasmussen is awesome!I He is so comfortable to be around and he always tells you what to expect. You can feel that he genuinely cares. He delivered my son, I went to him for all my prenatal appointments and I had an IUD inserted by him. He’s just an all around great doctor! If you are looking for and OBGYN he is your guy!

Courtney Hupp I gave birth to my daughter January 7th 2022 and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Rasmussen was wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I was scared due to my last delivery being pretty traumatic and I feared having another bad experience. From day 1 Dr. Rasmussen reassured me that everything was going to be okay and I would have a good delivery. He was right! He was phenomenal and I would recommend him to anyone! He is definitely the best doctor I have had and I am grateful that he delivered my daughter. My fiancé and I couldn’t be any happier with the care we received!

Armed Rodent My female cat needed uterus drained and put on antibiotics. Instead the mean old vet stabbed a huge needle through her guts into her uterus creating an emergency surgery situation which the doctor would not do. So basically they killed my cat and refused to help her. I should have called the police. I should sue the vet. I will be consulting with an attorney to see what I can do.

Gillian Cotsford The main lady that appears to run things is rude and uncaring. The vet tried to pull a tooth out of my dog with his dirty fingers. Was unable to pull it out but scared the crap out of my dog. The exam room looked filthy and falling apart. Blood on table next to the table where he was examining my dog. Very expensive, even for a neuter. Go to a place where it at least looks clean and professional, this isnt the place. Might pay more, but worth it. This guy needs to retire. I think the head woman is doing procedures and is she a vet? Not sure though. All seems kinda shady, old and dirty

Tiffany Rose The labor delivery for our baby girl exceeded our expectations. All the staff was very friendly and my OB/Midwife was beyond amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson to any and all expecting mothers any day. She was great. So were the nurses and medical assistants. Even the cleaning staff and kitchen workers were great. Friendly and professional. Thank you.

Lady Owl Doctors are decent and staff is fairly nice, but if you don’t want to get screwed over when it comes to billing, id go somewhere else. They like to find every loophole and have their system set up to squeeze as much from your insurance (and you afterwords) as possible. They work together with the sleep center to diagnose you with your sleep disorder and then charge you to the moon to manage it.

Tinker Ansel I have been a longtime client and have never been disappointed with the services I received. From beginning to end I felt that I was treated like a friend rather than a client. Always smiling faces, always going above and beyond. From the doctor to the staff, I have been very pleased with my care.

Vicky McConnell Yes, Dr Matson did a high anal hernia on me and she is a wonderful surgeon. I wouldn’t want anybody else very caring and she thinks of her patience.

Brittney Stucky Wish I could give zero stars. I was referred by my physician for a mass in my back. Dr. Matson felt my back and said it was a muscle. A muscle that had been hurting me for over a year. Okay. I went back to my physician and she confirmed it was a tumor. I was then referred to wenatchee. The doctor in wenatchee confirmed it was in fact a tumor. I scheduled surgery and had not one, but two removed. I do not know how Andrea Matson is still allowed to practice. Ridiculous.

Kelly J Hoyt Three years ago, I tore my meniscus, he made me wait months to tell me that he refused to do surgery on it. Now I have a permanent limp and constant pain with instability. My husband was diagnosed with a severely degenerated ACL and he just refused to do surgery again and didnt offer any kind of pain management. Dr.Choughs care is mediocre at best, debilitating at worst.

Travis Phillips Brett is the ONLY doctor worth seeing in Moses Lake. Hes super reasonable and bringing common sense back to the healthcare industry.

Amanda Ford Horrible place on the billings part. I had taken my son back in 2022. I am visiting out of town and to take my son to urgernt care the visit itself was great, fast forward to now. I had gotten a call from a number i did not recognize and they had left a voicemail, i had listened to the voicemail and it was from a collections agency which was odd because I have never recived a bill nor a phone call. I called the agency back and they had told me it was from this clinic from 2022. I called the clinic to see if they can get the bill deffered and verify if they billed my health insurance, i have spoken to Alliyah Green and was advised that my health insurance needed me to verifty no other primary insurance and agree to pay and they will defer it out of collections. So i made the call and the representative advised me that they were never billed so i then did a three way call with my health insurance and the clinic so they were aware. My insurace also told them that they have that we are doubled insured so my other insurnace is primary in which the billing department has on file and was adivsed as well. I get a call back from billing the next day saying if i pay the bill to the clinic in full they will defere the bill out of collections. They will not re bill my insuruance correctly, they also inmputed my address wrong so i never recived a bill. Their claim is that i was "aware" of the outstanding balance because they "called" me and left a voicemail which i looked back into my call history and my archive and delted voicemails i never recived it. Not only they had my addreas wrong they never billed my insurance and now are refusing to defer the bill and re bill my insurance correctly on which they had the information on file from the day i took my son in there. I am now not getting any response back from their director jen charlo who is refusing to correct their mistake.

Lisa T I love the smaller office setting and Dr. Peterson is fantastic. Their staff is wonderful and I never have a long wait. Im much happier with the care of my child here. One of the receptionist and her husband knit newborn hats to give out. I thought that was a nice gesture. So happy I left Confluence.

V S-K Dr. Peterson has changed our lives for the better. The clinic and its staff are professional, empathetic and always work with us to get the best results for our child. You have no idea how many hoops we have had to jump in order to try to get the best care. We couldnt be happier.

Cynthia Squires Hard to get an appointment. Then when I made effort to go in for the Medicare wellness check my doctor came in for 30 seconds, at which time I reminded her that I was past due for my annual blood work (due to bariatric surgery and prior issues with malnutrition) she said no problem she would order it and I could stop by the lab anytime. I went to the lab and they did take blood for the Hepatitis check that medicare recommends but not for my normal blood work. There mistake but now they insist I come in for another visit just to get the blood work ordered. Really frustrating and I think I need to go to Confluence where they seem to be much more concerned with patient satisfaction.

Nancy Franco Highly recommend hospital. Staff is amazing. The care they provide is out standing. The coffee shop they have in the hospital called Mason’s Place is so good. The baristas are so friendly and professional. A nice treat to cheer anyone’s day.

ace hawk1289 I went there to get a second opinion from my Dr. and he was unavailable. I saw Dr. Wolfendale, she was very understanding and explained what was going on with pictures. The medicine she prescribed for me helped me sleep through the night. I woke up but the pain was not so bad that I was able to get back to sleep without a problem. So thankful.

Zachary Zeller I feel like there’s always some miscommunication between the doctors and the staff nurses/receptionist. Always ends up making my experience more difficult :/

Cecilia Sarraraz Nearly died in this man’s hands during my c section. He stood there watching the ob nurses push blood out of me. I was taken to get a ct scan after he stitch me back up and taken up to the ICU. Another Doctor came to tell me I was bleeding internally and needed to be taken back down for surgery. I don’t recommend this doctor. Please for the love of god do not let this man touch u or your baby

Abby Monforton Teresa Hutsell was my doctor for about a year before I discontinued my care. She was consistently not refilling important regulated medications for weeks on end. It drastically affected my Heath and wellbeing and I ended up having serious side effects and withdrawals. (You can’t not regularly prescribe medications.) She was consistently very unprofessional. I do not recommend her.

Michell Evans I was seeing Teresa for mental health issues, and signed a contract which I had no time to read; did not receive a copy of the contract either. Further, I took a previously prescribed medication from my primary care provider, then was instantly cut off from my mental health medication. I have completely lost my quality of life due to her irrational decision! I am extremely disappointed in this provider, as she has no professional standards in making sure her clients are completetely informed. Albeit, shell tell you that she "doesnt do pot!!"

Mike Slowest defensive front desk. When they get their feelings offended, they’ll give you a hard time. I needed a paperwork filled out from the doctor and needed before Christmas and they went home, enjoyed Christmas and I still didn’t get my paperwork. Here I am at it again waiting cus the’re feeling have been hurt. Nobody cares about you feelings. Just get my paperwork. Negative 5 stars

Lisa T My child was seen here yesterday after a scary and lengthy hospital stay. While the staff was friendly and helpful the pediatrician we saw was horrible! She took offense to me asking questions about the appointment after I was given conflicting information. I tried to explain everything we’d gone through and asked where/who I could contact to get things straightened out. She just got even more frustrated and never answered my questions. She then said we could leave if I was unhappy and that they didnt need to see us. She then tried to guilt me by saying she kept her staff and herself on their lunch hour to see my child. This appointment was scheduled by sacred heart not me so I don’t know why that was relevant. In the end she scheduled me a virtual visit with no information other than a time on an appointment card. I won’t apologize for advocating for my child that almost died. Google and/ or Samaritan can keep deleting my review. I will keep posting it.
