4 /5 Christina Martin: The providers at Samaritan are excellent, and they are not nearly as overbooked as Confluence, because they dont have ridiculous turnover.
However, the constant and useless red tape at every turn is irritating, and the organization appears to be completely technologically incompetent. MyChart doesnt sync properly, phone messages get lost in the system, and occasionally you cant get through at all. There is no other way to contact them, and if the patient is 12-17 MyChart isnt even an option.
We still have providers at Samaritan because their providers are so good; but if you like modern technology and dislike red tape be aware that it will not always be smooth sailing.
