Armed Rodent: My female cat needed uterus drained and put on antibiotics. Instead the mean old vet stabbed a huge needle through her guts into her uterus creating an emergency surgery situation which the doctor would not do. So basically they killed my cat and refused to help her. I should have called the police. I should sue the vet. I will be consulting with an attorney to see what I can do.

Laura: EDIT: I phoned the office manager and she assured me that is not the case and was indeed unusual behavior. The doctor does not deserve the bad rating. I switched to a new clinic where they can see you in an emergency and I dont have to resort to YouTube for help. They are not able to take me for an emergency or pretty much anything else unless you have an appointment. Must make an appointment for weeks out. Nurse told me to go to the hospital...it was a high blood pressure reading at the dentist. I told her I was a block away. Then she told me Dr. Lemme was not taking new patients. I had been coming here for a year. She said I did the initial visit with the PA. She is gone and he is not taking anyone new even tho I have been seeing Dr. Lemme for a year.

D L: Steer clear from this clinic. If you love your spouse, get her anywhere else besides here. Most staffs are rude, unprofessional, their secondary patient representative hang up on me without tell me why, and they never pick up their phone, or call back. Their excuses for bad service is oh we are ruining low on people. Stay away from this place. Not worth the hassle.
