If you love your spouse, get her anywhere else besides here. Most staffs are rude, unprofessional, their secondary patient representative hang up on me without tell me why, and they never pick up their phone, or call back. Their excuses for bad service is oh we are ruining low on people. Stay away from this place. Not worth the hassle.

Their care and attitude were warm and welcoming. Special kudos to anesthesiologist Erica McDonald who went beyond the extra mile to address our concerns and make us feel at ease. Thank you!
North Island Medical - Oak Harbor Heather F: Just moved back to WI and had switched care to North Island Medical. My spouse and I had our new patient appts with a Dr Fisher. Dr Fisher was so kind, thurough, truly cared about our health. The staff was friendly, so far so good in my opinion.

I have been waiting for a surgeon referral for painful gallstones for a week now with zero calls back. I will now be going into the office today to see if I can pick that up since they refuse to return messages. It’s ridiculous I have to take the time out of work to drive there for a simple fax referral
Island County Public Health - Langley Scott and Candy Lincoln: The people at the Health Department (Drinking Water Program in Coupeville) office are very efficient, helpful and professional. Every issue or question we have over the last 10 years has been handled on the phone or in person promptly and the entire staff is very helpful. We appreciate the work they do in helping Island County residents.
