1 /5 Lady Owl: Doctors are decent and staff is fairly nice, but if you don’t want to get screwed over when it comes to billing, id go somewhere else. They like to find every loophole and have their system set up to squeeze as much from your insurance (and you afterwords) as possible. They work together with the sleep center to diagnose you with your sleep disorder and then charge you to the moon to manage it.

5 /5 Tinker Ansel: I have been a longtime client and have never been disappointed with the services I received. From beginning to end I felt that I was treated like a friend rather than a client. Always smiling faces, always going above and beyond. From the doctor to the staff, I have been very pleased with my care.

2 /5 Just Me: Cpap masks come from the vendor in one sealed package with the headgear, mask and face cushion. They are meant to be sold as an assembly. These people open the package and sell the components separately. More money. You can find much cheaper masks in UNOPENED packages online.. Just Google and youll find it. Or come here and pay a lot of money one piece at a time.

1 /5 Michelle: Ive been unable to use my CPAP for almost a month waiting for CPAP supplies after ordering. I did not get notified that they were waiting for a back order . When I finally got my order the main piece I need was not in the order so I am still unable to use my CPAP. I did the order just the way I have in the past and received the piece Im missing but this time it wasnt sent.

5 /5 Jon Henke: ARC is great. They are very helpful with mask fittings and any questions or issues CPAP users may have. Every other durable medical equipment company feels "one size fits all and will not give you the time needed to make CPAP work. ARC will help you get the best CPAP experience.
