Jaimee M. Nice people, clean spa, cute nails, but be prepared to pay over $100 for a dip set if you want design. I called and asked about pricing before I showed up and they told me it started at $50 and designs were 10 and up so imagine my surprise when my total was $105 for this set. They also charge for shaping which they did not mention on the phone.

Mahia Sarden I Have been in love with the ladies at this location and the job they do since the day I came across them! They are able to follow my pictures 100% ! I’ve even allowed freehand!! I put all of my trust and faith into the nail techs at this location!! Love Them !

Bethany Stonebraker First time at this nail salon and we we’re definitely impressed. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The employees were pleasant and efficient. Lots of services offered. We will be back for sure!

Angel Slenning Got airbrushed ombré nails! Johnny is a good designer, I let him just get creative with the air brushing and he did my nails just right, cleaned them up after, and has them looking so good, I love them, I love this salon! Highly recommend, they also do a good job doing feet and toes, the hot rocks and hot towels always feel amazing when I get it done, always makes my feet and legs feel so good. Go see Jonny and these ladies! For some airbrushing!

Sharyn Kim First time here and it was lovely! Clean and friendly. Johnny talked me into gel x instead of acrylics and I love them! Love the cat eye designs and he was very personable and helped me choose colors. Also showed me lots of options for designs if I wanted something seasonal

Jen Fouch I’ve gotten my nails done twice. First time on the left and second time on the right. My first nail job lasted me an entire month! My nails never chipped and actually grew longer. So today when I got my nails done they looked even better. The women are friendly inside and you can’t beat the price. It was only $40. It isn’t fancy by any means. But, it’s still a great place. My mom recommended this place to me after she’s been getting her nails done here forever! Lol

Ruby Nagra-Basi The place was empty when I got in. In a heat wave they had no water. The pedi was not the best. Colors were limited feet were scrubbed for about 30 seconds only. I was highly disappointed this time as I have not been back for 4 years. Prices have gone up as they say supplies have been limited. Anytime I have come here its has not been busy and I can tell why. Even though they had no customers I felt like they were rushing and not welcoming. I have not had such a fast pedicure before but still tipped as I feel bad if I dont. Wont be returning as I am not happy with the work either. Nails could have been filed better and choice of design and colors were limited for a shellac. I also got asked if I did my nails at home which didnt help the situation. $40.00 was cost plus tip.

J P Mother daughter nail day. I love getting my nails done here. The woman knows I like my sparkles. The pricing is on point and its a very relaxing experience overall. Pedicure is nice with a real orange scrub.

Silva Fam I wish I could give no stars. Dirty work area, dirty utensils. The lady was just sitting on one of the pedicure chairs with her shoes off when I came in. All I wanted to get was my acrylic nails removed. I ended up with a very traumatic experience. She pretty much just ripped them off and used an extension to pry them up. It was extremely painful so much so I left crying. She almost completely ripped off my left pointer finger nail. I cant believe she even had the nerve to ask for payment after. NEVER coming here again.

Ericka Ouk Kenny is such an amazing nail tech. His work is so good, efficient, and fast (he finished in less than 80 mins). He’s very caring, such good customer service. My nails are sooo pretty and clean. The price was good and reasonable too!! I recommend this place, it’s very beautiful inside, and would come back again!

Cindy Nguyen This is the best nail salon for acrylics and creative designs out of all of the nail salons Ive gone to in the area (and Ive been to multiple) because Im not from the area and have been scoping out nail salons for the last couple years. The atmosphere is great-- Theres always current music playing that really puts you in a good mood, and the nail technicians are very welcoming and friendly. The customer service is great and they will work with you and take their time to make sure you leave the salon loving your nails. The pricing is on the higher end, but it usually is in other salons who are known for long acrylics and phenomenal designs! I absolutely have to rave about Jay, who is my go to person when it comes to my nails! Hes an extremely talented nail artist and whenever I give him design ideas of what I want, he exceeds my expectations or makes them look even better than the pictures I send him! If you love long acrylics and being extra with your nails, this is the place for you!

Senica Hoy-Sum Kenny did my nails today and I love them so much! My nails were sad and thin from having acrylics before this visit (nails were done at a different salon) and Kenny did such a wonderful job with the builder gel to make my nails feel stronger, yet still very natural-feeling! Love my nails and loved my time at the salon. Definitely coming back for future services!

Leyna Nguyen I went there yesterday, and only me , no rush - I even didn’t talk so she could focus on it , less than 24 hrs , I have hang nails, color on all nails uneven. Second time there and for sure I will not come back. And if you pay by card ( even debit ), they will charge $1.00 fee on top doesn’t matter what, there was no sign or note about that- just verbal infor when you pay. It made me feel like be forced to use another method for my payment.

Daryan McCollum Lee does an amazing job every time. I’m never disappointed when I see her. Every time I am amazed how long my nails last me. I can go longer than two weeks without my nails breaking or looking a hot mess! Prices are extremely good too!

Elina Mitchell The girls here are always great. Ive been coming here for a little over a year now and dont like going anywhere else. This is the only salon I have gone to that doesnt cause lifting nails early. I do not recommend going on sat as the wait can be crazy and they can rush. If you go weekdays though they always take their time and check in that your shape or color is looking exactly how you want it. Here are a bunch of photos of my nails done by them. :)

One thing, that is common at nail salonsise the side conversations between workers while working on clients. One time, a worker stopped working on me to take a personal phone call. *UPDATE* Went in again, she legit rushed through my manicure and finished in like 20mins. Denise Jones This is my go to nail salon. Ive been to many and my nail tech is by far the best. She pays attention to detail and works quickly. In addition she is ready to go at the start of my appointment.

Anshul Mor I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. During my appointment, the staff engaged in loud conversations in their language, making jokes at the expense of customers, including myself and my mother (thanks to translator apps). This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. As a healthcare professional, I understand the importance of respect and inclusivity, qualities that were sorely lacking in this establishment. I had hoped to be a repeat customer, but the disrespectful atmosphere and lack of professionalism make it clear that this salon is not worth visiting. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others seeking a welcoming and respectful environment or inform the owners that they will lose customers if this approach continues.

China Jones Shaping inconsistent from one hand to other. Lady who did my pedicure used the scraper on my bone dry feet didn’t let them soak at all frfr. For $70 I expected a better experience! Then I’m so tired of these salons charging $15 extra for gel polish! You’re not using builder gel to do my nails! So stop charging like you are. This was my second time at this establishment and totally disappointed! Won’t be back!

A Journey Great with manicures, but pedicures... BEWARE! The older woman that does pedicures there must love to inflict pain. I have psoriatic arthritis, and my toenails are affected. This woman cut my nails down to nothing, made both my mom (who has normal toenails) and I bleed profusely, and when we brought it to their attention they tried to make it out to be our faults somehow! kylie I had dip done and in 6 days 3 nails chipped and broke off. I went in to have them removed and was charged 40! I told the girl last time I was only charged 15 for removal. She told me because I agreed to have my nails soaked it was considered another manicure. A complete rip off and I will not be back.

If I didn’t like a little detail he’d erase it and try again. I appreciate him making sure with every detail I was satisfied with. Also staying past closing to finish them! Shaylyn Karan Called in to make 2 appointments for gel manicures. Came in and was seated immediately. I chose a color while my nails were started. A little while later I was told the color was out of stock. It was slightly annoying having to scramble and find a similar color which I was told wasn’t available as a polish only dip. I told her she could get started with the second person since they knew what color they wanted. The tech then said she would mix a color to get it close to what I originally wanted but ended up just painting on a translucent pink when I initially wanted a solid light pink. I felt rushed and it was a bit annoying dealing with the color changes but service was okay. I would recommend going through inventory and removing the colors no longer in stock or at least not rushing people when they need to choose another color especially when the salon wasn’t that busy. After 2 days my nails have already started to chip. Will probably not be back.

Arthea Gipson Horrible nail job. Nails are chunky and not what I wanted. They deleted my previous review but I sat there getting my nails done for 4 hours getting them done. Not waiting for someone to help me but getting them done. They yelled at me when I tried to tell them I did not like them. There’s peeling of one nail and chips off gel polish on the others. I wanted coffin nails and the only nail that looks like a coffin is my thumb. I would not recommend going there

I have been going to different places for years always looking for great prices nice atmosphere best customer service but over all amazing work. Finally after 25 years I found it. I’m defiantly staying here as a regular. I had never gone to a place I could get my husband in the doors and this place made him feel so welcomed he already set up times for him and his friends to go. He loved getting a pedi. A husband who wears heavy boots 12 hours a day for construction and gets ingrow toe nails was blown away by the service he received he felt so pampered. He will be going monthly now to relax and to treat his feet well. As for my pedi it was amazing so relaxed in our own private room. I called my bff told them all about it. This definitely ins a hidden gem. I loved the way the owner and staff treated us. My nails look so good the process blew my mind silk wrap omg her way of doing each nail taking the time to make sure no curves or bumps. I was blown away she is Thulley a expert. I willing give a five star. I highly recommend this spa. Here are several pictures of how my day went Before and after . Don’t forget to make your appointment she said she works by appointment so she don’t get the store to full so she can concentrate on her customer at hand soft relaxing music. The place sure feels like a spa. Many services available can’t wait to try them all. And best of all prices are amazing. So dang Cheap with a beautifully decorated store and amazing workmanship. Can’t wait for my next appointment I’ve never been so excited to return to a nail salon.

Deanna Very unprofessional experience and don’t care about the customer’s concern, I was there on the 29th of June and paid $45 for fill and shellac. I had to find another nail shop in Kent and paid $45 to fix my nails again with fill and shellac. To pay $45 to Pauline’s Nails and the fill lasted only 8 days! That’s viewed to be cheating your customers. When Kim used to work on my nails with the builder gel, no issues! Until that nail tech on the picture that ignored me, don’t want to help me, and act like nothing happened. She’s the one that did my nails on the 29th until the nails started to lift! No good, poor communications, and why continue business if don’t want to work in customer service!

Petal Michaud Ive been looking for a nail salon that does Silk Wraps forever!! I finally found Pauline’s Nail Spa and the whole experience was amazing. They actually specialize in Silk Wraps. They were able to take me in within 30 mins of me calling for an appointment. The process took a little under an hour and a half and Im so happy with the results.

Danisha Harris Nails are horrible, it took the lady two hours to do this. A simple full set and my nails are lumpy, all type of shapes. There is acrylic all under my nails and she couldnt even paint them nicely like come on. I have never had my nails look this bad, EVER. Im a person who ignores reviews usually because I get simple nails so I usually have no issues. But I should have NEVER come here. Dont do it, youll regret it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Because I dont even know how these people have a shop when they cant even paint nails without bubbles.

Price was iffy a couple of times, which kinda annoyed me - I get basically the same thing each time (i have acrylic overlay, so fill and color).

Crystal I have been coming here for years. This place does an amazing job on nails and toes. The best pedicures that are not rushed and nice massages and details to any ingrowns you may have.the pedicures are actually 45-hr and include everything from wax to hotstone and towel and that’s the basic one. They also offer deluxe pedicures with longer massages and products. I highly recommended coming here if you want your nails and toes to last and have good experience. All of the employees are super nice and I have a great time laughing and enjoying myself. Great prices as well. Usually cost about $90-100 for pedicure and full set. Price vary on length and designs. The prices here are better than others for a way better experience with great quality. Please make sure to check them out and don’t forget to tip.

Since I’ve been coming here, another one of my favorites is whatever he does he does something special so my nails do not lift after a few days I can go four weeks without having to get my nails filled!

Natalie Jasmine Went for the first time today, absolutely loved how my nails turned out! Gina was absolutely amazing with my nails. I used to go to another salon and not only are they pricy but I’d also have hangover acrylic on the underside of my nails at times. (Got old nails removed, then did an acrylic set. Paid $90 total, compared to my other salon I went to previously- nails would be around $120-140.) Gina took the time to file my nails perfectly, make sure I loved the color (mixed it on a palette since she didn’t have the color she thought I’d like), and communicated perfectly! Took the time as well to show me the charm she thought I’d like as well. Definitely will be back! (Think I found my new go-to salon)

Mike (Big Mike) I definitely love the gals at Ginas (and of course Sean- husband/co-owner). Yes, just like any nail salon with english being second language to some here.. Just be clear with what you are asking or needing. Dont be afraid to ask Sean, Gina, or the younger gal who does nails to clarify. A lot of times they will repeat what they believe you said and are 90% correct. My only complaint and its not their fault - is wearing a mask inside and when its cold, the smell of acrylic with very little air flow - gives me a huge headache. Other than that always a good experience and I love to banter with everyone here.

Janai Schindler Ever since coming to Gina’s and getting my nails done by Linh, I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails now. She is seriously the best nail tech I’ve experienced in the past few years I’ve been getting my nails done regularly. A lot of the time I tell her to do her thing because I trust her judgment and she has yet to fail me. Plus the service is great! Sure there was a little bit of a wait even though I always schedule it is well worth the wait to me. This last time, I brought my 21 year old sister to get an acrylic set too, and while we were waiting she was drawing on her iPad and linh asked to see what she was drawing and proceeded to have the other workers come over and praise her work, my sister was bright red but I could tell she appreciated the compliments and the rest of our time there was non-stop conversations with all of the techs about art, travel, etc., like we were all fast friends. It was a great experience and my sister can’t wait to go back again. I’ve had such good experiences here my mom has even started going to Gina’s as well, and I’ve even recommend some of my co-workers as well. I was recommended by a girl who works at a gas station by my house, and every time I saw her I couldn’t help but comment on her nails, she told me where and who, I’ve been going ever since.

Finleigh Talkington So kind and attentive. Made sure i was getting exactly what i wanted and did a great job. Shaping and powder application were fantastic and the service was well priced.

mo austin First time here today & will definitely be back! I am so happy with my nails. They took off a fresh set from 2 weeks ago with no pain. Soaked them off. Set me up with a fresh pink & white set (pink acrylic, white acrylic) with 2 topcoats of clear gel & all of that was only $70. I absolutely love the way they turned out. Sau asked me all the questions before & during to make sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted...and I am super particular. This is a gem right here! (Excuse my wrinkles. Im a seasoned woman)

Irishmomma 2 First time in, Im totally in love with this place, the only down side was there was a preacher on the TV the entire time talking about being a good Christian. Its just my opinion but I would have preferred elevator music over that. 10 out of 10 for the service though

L Z Sam is great! She listened to my concerns and was understanding of my wants. My acrylic set looks natural and beautiful. My first set with her held up 2+ weeks. This time I got a fill and polish for very reasonable price for the quality of the work.

Manpreet Kaur Love this place. A friend introduced me to this place and now it’s my go to. I work in healthcare so I love how they always understand my needs to give a longer lasting and work appropriate results. They also use a really good quality wax at this location. I have a very sensitive skin and I get my full face done here, and believe me there have been absolutely no skin issues. 100% recommend.

Jennifer deQuilettes I am so upset. I wanted to splurge and get myself a nice manicure for vacation. I brought in the design that I wanted. It was a simple modern twist on a French manicure. My nail technician did a wonderful job. I was very pleased until it came time to pay the bill. My manicure was $95!!!!! I have never in my LIFE paid that much for a manicure and have had so many designs done. I understand these are tough times and we are all trying to squeeze an extra dime, but it is so unfair and not ok to blind side people like this. If you want to charge 20 just to add chrome to my nail, TELL ME BEFORE! I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I will never again return here and will warn everyone of their price rip off. When I tried to discuss it with them, the owner was conveniently preoccupied. I know he could hear me. He is usually very attentive. But of course, I was just met with indifference and a shrug. I am enraged. Shame on you for robbing people like this of their hard earned cash.

TAN Bad experience with a few different techs. They were rude, did not listen when asked to stop cutting cuticles, and all around bad paint jobs. Our big issue was how we were treated. They were upset when we asked for ombré and fancy designs. This was only an issue because we came in a few days prior and asked if they could do these things. They told us that they could. However when we came back they techs helping us got angry when we wanted something other than one color. I guess they only had one tech who can and she was not available. Even though we made a reservation with her directly. I ended up going to Periodt in Kent Station the next day and Lisa fixed my nails for my wedding. My issue is saying you can do something when you can’t. If we had known, we would have gone somewhere else.

F. Small shop. They didnt have the color combo I wanted for my nails so I decided to just get a manicure and the manicurist did the bare minimum. I still have some shellac residue, my corners are sharp, and the top of my nails were left rough.

Louise R. Luxury Nails is such a great salon. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Ive been going here for 5ish years now, Khoi is the one that usually does my nails. He does such a perfect job. He is very gentle and detailed. He also has great ideals that match what I like. Love going to this place.

Alexandria Robinson My new favorite nail salon!! This is the cutest my nails have ever been. The prices were very very reasonable and the staff was amazingly friendly. I got a full set acrylic nails and my mom got a pedicure. We had a little bit of a wait because we didn’t make appointments but it was not long at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will now only go to them when I come into town from Oregon!

june muthee DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I am extremely disappointed at their work and service. I have come here a total of 3 times and each time with the hopes that they will do better than before. I must admit the second time was not bad so I figured I’ll come back a third time. It’s supposed to be a simple removal of the dip I had and buffing/shining and do a neat manicure so my nails can take a breather. Instead I received an impatient lady who didn’t bother asking what it is I wanted and when I finally asked her before she started applying my “neat polish” she got upset and buffed the living hell out of my skin. All in all, I will not be returning to this establishment. Granted the 2 gentlemen are great but I am not sure what training the ladies have, especially when it comes to what the clients need and expectations.

During my appointment, the nail technician applied the product incorrectly on one of my fingers, and when I asked her to fix it, she dismissed my concern. Instead of offering a solution, she told me to go to a different spa if I didnt like it. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct mistakes left me feeling very frustrated. Vaesen Pastry The wonderful people at My Nail Spa were amazing. They were extremely friendly and so nice. I have never had a better visit, and I have never had a time where I didnt get hurt while getting my nails done. They did custom nails for me, and it was so beautifully done. It was me and my friends friend-aversary, and so we got manicures and pedicures. It was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!! Sorya Karimi Very unprofessional behaviour and unprofessional work. First we I went, there was a guy, he behaved me in very rude way. I asked if the nail worker draw a little star in one of my nails, he asked me for 10$ more, I told him why you charged this much a little work, he told me that we have enough customers we do not need you to come in our salon or not, than he behaved in very very bad way! I just was about to cry! At the end this their work! They ruined my nails, their work are not clean, they are very unprofessional, never go there and I won’t too!
