2 /5 A Journey: Great with manicures, but pedicures... BEWARE! The older woman that does pedicures there must love to inflict pain. I have psoriatic arthritis, and my toenails are affected. This woman cut my nails down to nothing, made both my mom (who has normal toenails) and I bleed profusely, and when we brought it to their attention they tried to make it out to be our faults somehow! No apologies, no remorse, no nothing. Awful experience! (Photo to show the neglect and the wrong way to do a pedicure)

1 /5 kylie: I had dip done and in 6 days 3 nails chipped and broke off. I went in to have them removed and was charged 40! I told the girl last time I was only charged 15 for removal. She told me because I agreed to have my nails soaked it was considered another manicure. A complete rip off and I will not be back.

In what world are these square crooked Barbie pink nails I left with the same as the photo she looked at for two and a half hours that I tried to kindly correct multiple times. By the end she was just laughing and saying no it’s fine. When I asked her to change things. Completely unacceptable. I don’t think I have ever left a review before but it can be so frustrating to leave with the wrong thing so don’t go here.

Their unprofessional behavior, including speaking in Vietnamese, was unappreciated. The owner, who provided my nail service, did not take the time necessary to ensure a satisfactory result. The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

Second time there and for sure I will not come back. And if you pay by card ( even debit ), they will charge $1.00 fee on top doesn’t matter what, there was no sign or note about that- just verbal infor when you pay. It made me feel like be forced to use another method for my payment.
