3 /5 Irishmomma 2: The first time I went it was wonderful loved my Tech N9ne set!!!! My second time was not as wonderful. I had soaked off my old set and was getting a new one. The file caught and ripped my new nail taking my real nail with it. It was still attached but bleeding like crazy. She didnt charge me for the set after that however she also didnt do the shape correct, one nail felt like it wasnt attached, and another one was cracked. After the one accident she made many more mistakes that left me suffering with awful nails.

She takes her time and the nails seem to stay on forever like I just got it done. Other nail salons I’ve visited, the manicure does not last that long. I highly recommend visiting this place.

In what world are these square crooked Barbie pink nails I left with the same as the photo she looked at for two and a half hours that I tried to kindly correct multiple times. By the end she was just laughing and saying no it’s fine. When I asked her to change things. Completely unacceptable. I don’t think I have ever left a review before but it can be so frustrating to leave with the wrong thing so don’t go here.

Jeanny Jackson: My experience at a particular nail salon was extremely unsatisfactory. The technicians removal of my fake nails was not only painful but also performed with a lack of care. Their unprofessional behavior, including speaking in Vietnamese, was unappreciated. The owner, who provided my nail service, did not take the time necessary to ensure a satisfactory result. The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

Leyna Nguyen: I went there yesterday, and only me , no rush - I even didn’t talk so she could focus on it , less than 24 hrs , I have hang nails, color on all nails uneven. Second time there and for sure I will not come back. And if you pay by card ( even debit ), they will charge $1.00 fee on top doesn’t matter what, there was no sign or note about that- just verbal infor when you pay. It made me feel like be forced to use another method for my payment.

I was expecting a long wait because of my timing and the number of customers being assisted, so I was thrilled. The salon is large and very clean. The nail tech did a fantastic job, and clearly paid attention to detail. I got exactly what I wanted and as a first time customer, I would definitely return. Thank you!!
