Erika Young Difficult, impatient, and rude. Will be calling this in because of the insensitivity to someone suffering from a recent suicide of a loved one and diagnosed low blood pressure when I came in. I needed patience and compassion. When I didnt answer the cancer questions fast enough, I could see she was getting visibly irritated when I told her I was nervous and asked for her patience. She got more angry when I told her that shes the professional and I should not be treated like this. A professionals number one goal should be to do no harm and to be kind and understanding. I was visibly nervous and shaking, and this doctor did not care. Instead, she threw me out like I was trash because I questioned her attitude towards me. Is this what professional care is these days? Its not a drive-through....youre dealing with real people, and maybe try switching places??? This has never happened to me in a setting, and your office will be hearing from the correct people so that a lesson is learned. If its bad enough, where I actually need to say something, then its bad.
